No bar fridge. Restaurant food was very expensive.

Great downtown location. Just a 10 minute walk across the street to the Dubail Mall. Many thanks to Chandra the concierge who was always a great help to us and provided excellent service. Very comfortable bed.

Amazing location, comfortable bed and pillows, great sized room, lovely staff and good value for money. Cannot fault this hotel. The restaurant Reef and Beef attached to the hotel is also incredible. Best steak we've ever had. Cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want to stay in a great convenient location and want a nice clean room as a base.

I didn’t like that the usb slot was not working and I couldn’t charge my devices at the same time . There were a few maggots in the bathroom as well .

I loved that it was close to the mall and that I had a full view of the Burj Khalifa.

It was an awesome experience. Very centrally situated in downtown Dubai and 10 minutes’ walk from Burj Khalifa and 7’ from the fountains. The arabesque style, smells, music and atmosphere in this hotel transferred you to the Middle East even before you went out of the door! The view from our little balcony : amazing. The skyscrapers and on the left Burj Khalifa in lights! The room was superior about 35 m, beautifully furnished with a separate shower and a separate area for a desk and tea/coffee amenities. Flawlessly clean. The staff was amazing and kind and immediately helped us with every problem we faced. The courtyard ( bar restaurant) on the ground floor was another unique arabesque experience. After a very tiring day we couldn’t help but spend a couple of hours there. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to go back to Dubai and this beautiful hotel with the amazing staff. Thank you for everything

I felt it was expensive, with a coffee costing 8 pounds. However Dubai is an expensive city so I guess that was to be expected.

We had awkward flights and the hotel was very kind and accommodating by providing us with an early and late check in. Staff where very friendly and the hotel was immaculate.

The hotel's design reveals the mystery of the east. The atmosphere of the restaurant is full of excellent coffee, unobtrusive service and the aroma of hookah.

I'm nitpicking here but hot water took ages to come through the pipes, so very often I just had cold showers.

Great hotel in a very good location. Very close to the mall of Dubai and surrounded by good restaurants. Close to DIFC as well. Facilities were ideal for my use with a well equipped gym and very friendly staff. Nothing is cheap in Dubai but relatively speaking this hotel was well priced.

Nothing Not to bad, as we worked around it, but I was sharing with someone I didn't know to well, due to buddying up whilst getting stuck due to the bad weather, and the bathroom has no door. Shower and toilet have doors but not the bathroom area as a whole 🤔

The staff were very [polite and helpful. The Courtyard restaurant served the most delicious food. Try the chicken shawarma...eow! The, near enough, full length view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony in our room....awesome Close proximity to Dubai Mall
