Maybe the entrance of the hotel it was a bit tricky as I got lost for a while till I figured it out.

Very neat and fancy! They upgraded my room with no extra charge, thanks to Marwa. Super sweet staff especially Mahmoud. I asked for a late check out two times & both times they agreed with warm heart and smiley faces❤️ amazing place would love to come back with my little family again.

Lots of building going on around it made it pretty noisy at times. But when that work is done and the local shops open up it will be spectacular

hard to find something negative... everything was perfect

We spent a week with our family at the Vida Creek Beach Hotel. What a fabulous time! The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and refined. The rooms, the bedding, the restaurants, the lagoon, the pool, the breakfast, everything was perfect. But it wouldn't have had the same flavour if, on top of all that, the service hadn't been PERFECT. The staff are so attentive. Thank you to them, and a special thank you to Marwa at reception, who is so kind and efficient, and to Neha Sudishka Kulwinder for her professionalism and smile. Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

There was nothing to not like. If you were looking for a hotel close to shops, sights etc this is not it, as yet, but there is a lot of ongoing development and Dubai Creek will be a different place in a couple of years, with the planned facilities. The building work is noticeable from the pools but we found it fascinating rather than intrusive. Taxi drivers can struggle to find it at the moment due to being so new.

The hotel is beautiful, new, clean and fresh, in a nice location but out of the main centre so little around it as yet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great service in restaurants and by the pools. The pool and lagoon areas were fabulous - not crowded and lots of sun beds, umbrellas and cabanas. Appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. The room facilities were good and beds very comfortable. It was quiet day and night. We had lovely food throughout and enjoyed the Bayside Brunch on Saturday by the lagoon. Would recommend.

The time for check in is late but the administrator helped me and provided early check in. The location is quite far away of the centre but it is quite and good place

The beach was nice but our feeling was that everything was a bit too tight and close to each other. That spoiled the luxury atmosphere.

The hotel was perfect from the lobby to the courtyard restaurant and the room. Breakfast and staff deserved the top of our ratings. The neighbourhood was a nice surprise with a lovely family / community feeling. We'll certainly come back.

The breakfast and restaurant food wasn’t very inclusive of dietary requirements. I struggled to find food to eat both at breakfast and when having lunch/dinner that didn’t have dairy. Luckily I had some medication with me that allowed me to eat dairy otherwise it would have been difficult. The location wasn’t as bustling as other places in Dubai but that’s because it’s still being built. I’m sure it will be amazing once Dubai square is built

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The interior and exterior design is just beautiful. Staff were helpful and it was very quiet.
