the first night we arrived (with 2 kids) the resto was just closing, so there was no food available and the surrounding area is super posh and kids are not allowed in, so we were really hungry and no solution was provided by the hotel, so I had get to a mall (some 15-20 minutes on foot with the kids) where some fast food option was still open until midnight.

It is a pretty hotel at the west beach. it is small (as opposed to the ones around) but well organised and has a lovely resto with great food, both breakfast and dinner are excellent. Other than the first night, the personnel was exceptional, helped with the taxi and was given the kids some cakes etc.

No smoking lounge in our floor..we have to go outside the hotel every time.. Although some rooms have balcony but our room didint…

There was no hot water to have a shower. There was hot water from the tap but not the shower. I did report this and the GM said they were sending someone to have a look but I didn’t get any hot water for a shower my whole stay unfortunately. Apart from that everything was amazing.

The location was great. The staff were very attentive and lovely. The room was lovely. I asked to be moved from the room with a balcony as it was above quite a noisy street and barely any view. I was moved to a better room with an amazing view.

The breakfast buffet, i found it very limited and not very good compared to the al acarte menu in Maison Mathias, the al carte menu in there is fantastic and they also have a pork license. (pork is not included in the hotel breakfast).

Fantastic location, lots of amenities around and perfect for people on holiday as it is very accessible to most place even wihtin walking distance so you don't need to rely on taxi's. The hotel was Immaculate and staff were friendly.

The area around the pool is small, so we had to wait to get lounge chairs.

The location was amazing; West Beach Dubai is definitely the right location - close to the Marina, malls, and attractions. The restaurant is amazing; everything we ordered was great, and it's nice for breakfast. The room was modern and clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Be warned: there is very little storage space in the closet.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. We had a very nice and spacious corner room (with a view on a construction site though). Clear recommendation.

Everything was perfect.

Not a bad work to say, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with nothing but kindness. All the staff were lovely and going out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. Such a beautiful hotel, such welcoming staff and everything was so clean!

Unfortunately the two major issues with the hotel are external but they impacted heavily our confort. Music coming from a club every night until 3am (you hear it clearly in the room), we were beach front (7th floor) Construction site next to the hotel with a huge running engine 24h a day. (you hear it in the room) Price is high for what it is with those issues So sad to write that because the rest was great

We would have preferred the rooftop pool to be more adults only with the atmosphere and size of the pool as a nice place to chill but having children ourselves I can understand also.

Hotel in a fantastic location and staff were friendly efficient. Comfortable rooms, clean and stylish. Ideal having the rooftop pool and beach to chose from.

The dinner selection was average, however, it was aligned with the cost of the stay. Breakfast was fantastic though, and we ate out a bit so it didn’t affect our stay much.
