We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing in all areas of the hotel, couldn't do enough for us and always with a smile. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great! Location great.. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back next visit!

We had an issue with AC in our room, and ended up moving to another room. The construction work at the time of our stay was heard. When we moved to the second room, there was noise from the lights and the bathroom didn't smell good. We noticed the room area was smaller in the second room. But still we were charged the same.

The bathroom was nice and spacious. There is also a tub. Staff are friendly and respond quickly to requests. The rooftop was nice.

The service was exceptional! The guest experience team went above and beyond for me by organising a surprise for my birthday. I really appreciated the little attention to detail, such as the amenities that were included in the room. The location is perfect and less than a 10 min drive to JBR where all the delicious food and entertainment spots are.

some of the rooms ( lower floors ) are looking to the beach club in the same property where is loud music during the day , plus some constructions is going on around the area which could be disturbing in the early morning. other than this everything is so perfect

The decor is just gorgeous. Every room is so well thought out and the bedrooms are simply perfect. From the walk in shower / bath to the walk in closet, it was just faultless. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff couldn’t have made it any more special. With a room upgrade, sweet treat in the room to balloons for the morning of his birthday. They thought of everything. Having been to Las Vegas last year to celebrate his 30th birthday, the difference between how we were treated in Dubai to Vegas was so different. Allegedly Vegas is a service country, but actually, Dubai made more effort. Nothing was too much of an issue. I would rush back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would have no issues recommending it! We will be back.

Very close to building works so quite noisy. Ginger Moon choices disappointing for dinner but great for breakfast.

The construction noise from a nearby site is a little annoying, so we avoided the outdoor terrace for pool and breakfast.

I thought the stay was amazing. The room and amenities were lovely. the staff all round were great. I spent alot of time at ginger moon, the whole team were amazing, even on busy brunch days, i would like to mention, Kamesh, Camila and Victo who were fab!!

There was noise from construction. Expensive soft drinks. The pool at the hotel, ginger moon got very busy and people reserving sun beds early on and could not always get a space, you could use the hotels nearby but the space was not as enjoyable.

Modern, very very nice room, large and could make it your home. Was very comfortable which made for a great sleep. Really enjoyed ginger moon for relaxing
