There was some confusion when I checked out that I thought could have been handled better. When I went to pay, the person at the desk accidentally typed in the value wrong. That's fine, mistakes happen and I pointed it out, but she then thought I was arguing about the price and reacted accordingly. I was just trying to be helpful as the mistake left off a zero and would have meant I only paid 1/10 of the price of the room!

I booked a room with a balcony, which was really worth it, giving me excellent views both over the town and up to the castle.

The hotel is well located in the old town, easy to go the castle, local shops and restaurants. The room has three windows with good views of the castle, the old town and the mountains. The breakfast was served with a good quantity. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The property is near the top of the hill in old town and has helpful friendly staff. It is an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and the castle. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the wooden inlaid ceiling amazing! We had a view of the castle which was fabulous. The breakfast is great - mountain tea, mini donuts with fig jam, tomato/cucumber/capsicum/cheese, bread and eggs of your choice. Great hotel!

In the morning in the corridor smell of fried oil.

Marvelously innovated with emphasis to tradition of the area. The building itself was a centuries old house in the center of the old town. From your room you saw the old castle on the hill. Very rich traditional breakfast. Strong and quick Wi Fi. Very polite staff. Parking outside the hotel.

Amazing place in the old town. We arrived late and were tired after a long drive, but to our big delight the hotel had provided us with an upgrade. The room was huge, beautiful and with an ancient fireplace and amazing viwes of the caste and the surrounding valley and mountains. Great staff. A perfect place to stay in this lovely town.

Street noise from folks, elsewhere, who behaved like they just got their first boombox and wanted the world to know. Fortunately, they didn’t stay up late so the inconvenience was short lived.

The unannounced power failure that affected the whole town. Despite which breakfast arrived on time. And, as ever, was delicious.

Beautiful terrace with an amazing view. Host was equally amazing, including an impromptu guided hike to the Ali Pasha bridge.

The hotel was located in the heart of the historic centre, but was still quiet in the evening. They provided free parking and were always there to answer any questions. The rooftop patio was absolutely sublime and provided gorgeous views. Everything of interest in the city is within a short walk. My only disappointment was that we only stayed there one night!

We enjoyed everything!

Beautiful hotel in an historic building next to the old town. The location is great for exploring the city and its attractions without having to scale a mountain! Everything is very near, and walking to the bus station is a short walk down the hill. Breakfast was amazing and huge! The room itself was very nice, and the bathroom was very large and had an incredible shower. We also had a balcony with a table/chairs and wonderful views of the castle and surrounding mountains/countryside.
