Unfortunately a little far from the city - not a major issue as I could walk everywhere (close to one of the palaces). Only issue was ease of use of train to airport (CAT) was far away

We could relax and sleep weel although the location is a bit busy in the morning. The bed and the shower are a bit smaller but still useable.

Very pleasant stay. The bed is comfortable and the whole apartament has enough space. Open area adds to aesthetics. The staff was very kind and answered my call late at night, 24/7 service doing their job.

No cleaning is done except if you stay more than 7 nights (once per week). Somewhat far from center Viena. Not many places to eat around. No view if you want that.

Very nice location, very comfy, good staff, clean location. Close to multiple transport variants. Reach the city center in about 30 minutes. Direct connection to the airport.

It was a great stay. The hotel has everything you need, rooms are new and very clean. Very helpful staff. We took part in free yoga class. Overall - I would very much recommend it (unless you care to be in the city centre, because it was not, but easy to travel by metro).

The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and didn’t work for us many times so if you need to rely on that when your away maybe have a back up option for internet.

Very modern, clean, apartment style accommodation felt very private. Was stocked with all the essential dishes and a fridge to make your own lunch if you wanted. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Room was really clean and you can tell everything is New. Location is okay because you have tram station right in front of hotel but it takes about 45 min to get to city centar. Friendly staff!

The position of AC split unit can be improved as it's easy to hit yourself by the bed but it is avoidable for sure.

The concept and the styling is definitely a new generation for modern hotels. For example having an entire 27m2 room with a feeling of 2 floors is amazing.

You had to go to a pantry to get extra loo roll and towels but it's good for the planet.

The self contained apartment was fab, it had a kitchen area. If you wanted to be more self catered they have a big communal kitchen with tea coffee etc. The bed was supercomfy. However the mezzanine I had would not be suitable for a walking toddler, no stair gates. I was solo so it was ab fab for me. The inclusion of breakfast was yummy and amazing. Staff were lovely. Location is next to a tram stop so you are well linked and it's good 👍 also supermarkets near by.

I believe it’s an easy fix and it’s related to wifi, but the locks wouldn’t recognize the password right away and would deny entrance to my hotel room. Had to put the password quite a few times to enter.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable bed & nice décor Location right next to tram and bus. They also have an underground car park. There is a great restaurant in the hotel. Be sure to try it

Reception Staff at night. We arrived there around 9pm, the reception staff was not accommodating at all. Apparently the door of our building was stuck so couldn't open it with the code. Went to the reception and they didn't let us in to the reception either waving us from the inside that they'll not gonna open reception. Called the hotels number to get help, same people inside the reception received my call and I explained them the issue on phone. Check-in was a mess
