Amazing hotel, located in the heart of town, the staff are friendly and welcoming and giving a great experience and recommendations for a great places to visit, and the hotel offers complementary mini bar, welcoming drinks and champagne bottle in the room.

Cosy room, very clean, friendly staff, hotel is in the center of the city, close to everything! A bottle of wine and cakes waited for us. The cleaning lady changed towels and pillow cases every day. Amazing hotel, we’ll be back!

A little bit too much technology - found it difficult to get tv to work through room iPad, but was then given ‘old fashioned’ remote control which worked perfectly.

The room was big, and was old fashioned grandeur. It had all modern needs. Beautiful, atmospheric and would definitely recommend. Hotel in easy walking distance for anything in the city.

Breakfast room is a little odd, but they seem to still be working on it so I’m sure it will be as beautiful as the rest of the space pretty soon.

Unbeatable location, rooms extremely comfortable, décor that seems to have been done by the Opera scenic designer, complimentary bottle of wine and macarons - best I’ve ever had.

Everything was perfect

The best choice we made on our Vienna trip – a stunning boutique hotel with carefully thought-out touches and design right in the heart of the old city. We loved everything about our stay, from the room decor to the lotions and soaps selected to the bathroom and the technologically advanced bidet. Would absolutely stay again when in Vienna and will be recommending to all our friends.

The hotel bar was closed (temporary I believe). And basically the hotel doesn't seem to offer a lot beside it's rooms and a breakfast for those who wish for it.

Marvelous location! Right at the city center. There's a U-Bahn right next to the hotel, so very easy to get to and from the Airport, and you can easily travel further than the city center.

The location is exceptional - right in the heart of Vienna. We arrived mid morning, thinking we would have to leave our suitcases until check-in, but to our delight, our room was ready when we arrived. It was spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and had wonderful views of the city. We went out to look around and get our bearings in the city, and when we returned, there was a lovely note from the hotel with a bottle of wine and two delicious macarons waiting for us. The bathroom was luxurious and spacious and sparkling clean; the bed and pillows were so comfortable - a perfect night. The staff was so kind. I would highly recommend The Leo Grand to anyone visiting Vienna.

We loved our weekend stay here! It's a fun and quirky hotel. The gentleman at reception was so lovely and knowledgable. He gave us a fantastic tour of the space and its history. We enjoyed the welcome macaroons and minibar wine. Perfect for a girls' trip. Location is right near the u-bahn — super easy to get around town. We will be back!
