There were some lights not working and the room was quite crammed with a wardrobe and table in there, which weren’t really able to be used.

Shower pressure was awesome. Two double beds was great. Small ironing board and iron we’re bonus find, as we’re needed

The room was very small with only one chair. The shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was toilet paper in the toilet bowl making me assume the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The cigarette container outside the door hadn’t been emptied resulting in occasional cigarette smells coming into the room.

It’s within walking distance from the train station and the main shopping strip. There’s a supermarket nearby.

Room was very cramped. No lift, so had to drag suitcase up the staircase, and had to open case in front of door, then step over case to get in bed. Lot of noise from rooms next door. No bed light, so had to turn off light, then climb over case in the dark to get in bed. Main memory is that this is the second worst place I have stayed, only placed worse was at Pasadena in 2019.

room was on the 2nd floor, as soon as you walked up the stairs there was a terrible smell throughout the whole second floor outside area. The curtain in my room didn't stay closed due to a design fault. I had to prop it closed with the kettle. The air conditioning didn't work. The fridge was set too cold, it froze the single serve milks.

The location was convenient. I never saw a staff member but the check in process was relatively efficient. The water pressure was good.

- Strong cigarette smell. It was very annoying. - The bathroom's door was broken. - The window was loose, what it could be a hazard to someone. - Not value for money. I paid $128 one night. I would have preferred to pay this price for a better place, but on this date all the hotels were very busy. - Facilities need maintenance. I don't recommend it.

The fragrance they use in the room was overpowering for me (sensitive smell due to migraines) No joke , I had to sleep with the sheet over my nose and mouth. The room was very unclean, outside was messy and unclean. Soap dispenser was empty at the hand basin and an empty shampoo bottle in the shower, however the shower curtain was clean. When I left I didn't feel clean and we are not super fussy.

The bed was comfortable and clean sheets, aircon was good.

No clear signage of stair access from carpark. Access at bottom of stairwell dark and narrow. Bathroom vanity touching knees when on toilet. Kettle on top of microwave on top of bar fridge is a hazard. People drunk sitting in carpark. Main reception also very dark when entering.

When I arrived the reception person was playing table tennis in the room were there is suppose to be nice lounge area were you can relax and watch TV. The smoke detector was positioned over the bed. The room looked grubby and bathroom there was no way I wanted to stay there.

It wasn't very clean throughout. but mostly the bed side table was sticky🤮. * The FLOOR is really, really bad.... needing proper repairs in the entrance / couch area in fount of the cupboards( very very, poorly laid floating floor throughout. it's a real trip hazard!!! I'm surprised no one has hurt themselves tripping on this when making a cup of tea.🤯🤯🤯) * So I know this is uncontrollable but: The neighbour across from us yelling and screaming at her child for hours on Sunday morning, 15th Oct. It really upset us and my children 😢🤯😡 so we left early as we couldn't stand listening to the child abuse anymore😭😭😭. * So yeah, I probably will not be back ever again to stay here. Overall unsatisfactory stay, Sorry.☹️😢☹️

It was close to the train station, supermarket and easy walk to the Goulburn Club. Which was perfect for our stay..
