The installed fire chimney was great to heat the living room area. The location was excellent perfect to go to places at then come back to this house at the end of the day. The games room was a delight loved to play on the ping pong and pool table. The barbecue area outside was great for roasting food and sitting.

Bathrooms were a bit awkward. Fifth bedroom had no windows and was a walk through to the bathroom. House could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have a table that seated the number of people the house slept.

The games room was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed eating in the outside area and swimming in the pool. The location was great - only a short walk into town. Kitchen had everything you could need. Manager was very responsive to requests.

could not hook up TV to local channels. only Netflix and YouTube available. . Wanted to watch Footy . ceiling light in bedroom not working. Not very clear where key is kept and one key only for several people.

Four bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom didn't - made for some tricky planning. Easy enough to work around if you're prepared.

A perfect location in Bright - easy walk into main street shops with beautiful walking trails nearby. Place was exactly as described and looked in pics. Gardens and surrounds are gorgeous and we were lucky enough to make use of the (private) patio and BBQ facilities. Beds super comfy, place lovely and clean. Defintely will be visiting this place again!

One major issue is there is no general shared bathroom. People had go thru others bedroom to use the bathroom, middle of the night this was a nightmare! There is scope to make access from the living area via the unused/unnecessary walk in robe (knock a small wall out plus new door) - it would be a 10/10 if this was sorted. If you do please let us know, we will probably not book it again as it was a bit of a show stopper for us.

There was miscommunication between the management team and the cleaning team and as such, my request of leaving our things somewhere before check-in was quite messy. I wish there was a cloth for wiping down tables and a better scrub for cleaning dishes. The dishwasher doesn't properly wash cutlery.

The house was fully furnished, extra blankets, pillows and access to all of the rooms. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils plus more including sauces, a rice cooker, baking utensils etc. It was very pleasant. They also supplied firewood, dishwashing pods and washing machine powder.

I think the kitchen and bathrooms need to be upgraded more the bathrooms than anything else. at first it was good that bathrooms were connecting between the bedrooms but it would be good to have a bathroom or at least a toilet that wasn’t interconnected between two rooms. The house was tidy but wasn’t properly cleaned ie the rug wasn’t properly vacuumed and the shower base wasn’t clean. The bunks the kids said were squeaky and they complained they weren’t as comfortable as the bigger beds.

Great size for 2 families to stay!! Backs onto the Old Rail track so great to bike ride. The couch and the fireplace was pretty comfy after coming back from the snow!! Having a garage was a plus as all our bikes were kept out of the weather and the games room kept the kids entertained. Beds were comfortable and electric blankets kept us warm all night

Unfortunately there were some cleaning issues. There was a second set of keys in the house which we assumed were duplicates for guests due to the house's ability to host large groups. The keys didn't fit any of the doors and we found ourselves locked out briefly. Attention to detail was lacking. E.g. some lights didn't work. Flat remote batteries with no spares available. Empty soap dispenser in bathroom. Some broken or damaged fittings such as door stops and privacy locks. There is an animal inside the roof, probably a possum. It caused some disturbed sleep at times.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We liked the space, location, games room. Comfortable beds. Secure garage.

Got a call from the property manager an hour after checkout saying we've done some damage to the pool table. Luckily we made a video on check in clearly showing the existing damage to the pool table. We asked the prop manager to meet us at the property so we could show him the photos / video we took on check in. He called back 10 mins later saying it's all good. A bit dodgy.

House was not clean. Had to request cleaners come back. Bathroom and Kitchen need an upgrade to fit the “luxury title” ping pong table so warped it is not functional.

Great location. On the rail trail and a beautiful walk into town. common garden and BBQ area clean and well maintained.
