Breakfast of limited options. The drive from & to the hotel is a bit tricky. The room has a kitchenette but you need to pay to use them. The lobby is relatively small.

Staff are very welcoming & welling to help. The parking is free of charge. They offer a laundry room for a fee. The tap water is of good quality for drinking (as per their advice). The view as breathtaking. They’ve have swimming pool & gym ( I’ve not used them)

The spiral stars between the sitting area upstars and the bedroom and bathroom. Lockingthe kitchenette drawers do not look good, either you remove it or add the 40 Chf to the room fees and open it. There is no iron facillity in each room, but there is a common ironing area. They will call you from reception to check out before 11 am.

The view of the lake is exeptional. The car park was free.

During breakfast and dinner it was too crowded sometimes . The restaurant has a nice design but a bit too small for such a big hotel facility We had just bad luck with the weather but a reason to come back for the good one!

Fantastic views from the room, restaurant and the bar. Location is amazing in general, moreover in the near proximity to the funiculair or cable car. View from the balcony beyond any words! Big size of a standard room/ apartment incl the kitchen corner + renovated Meals in the restaurant, tasty and with a lot of healthy options Indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids and the pool!

Location is a bit far from center.

Large hotel with facilities. The kid club is very good. I like this hotel that they have laundry room. And breakfast also good.

We requested a higher floor which was not honored. Walls are thin & you hear everything from neighbors. There is only cleaning every 3 days with limited supplies. Every time we ran out of toilet paper we had to go to the front desk & ask for me. Bed mattresses are a bit outdated & hard as well. FYI—the drive up is not for those scared of driving on tight mountain roads.

Beautiful view from the comfort apt! Was a treat to wake up to views of lake Thun & the mountains. There was a small Nespresso machine for coffee in the room, pots & utensils included as well.

The location is far from the city as it is located up in the mountain and the road is somehow hard. However, you can take the bus as there is a trip every one hour.

The atmosphere in the property is just amazing and so relaxing. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and the view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and full of different options. It is a highly recommended place.

Too far from main Interlaken area. Takes 30 minutes one way. You end up spending lot of travelling time just to go to Interlaken area and then again go to other places.

Nice facilities. Its good if you plan to only stay in Beatenberg.

Quite far from Interlaken train station but there was a free bus ticket throughout the duration of our stay. Hot water was not warm enough to have a comfortable shower specially at night.

The room had dead flies on the floor as well as live flies flying around both bedrooms. Completely understand it is situated up in the mountains so you’re going to experience this however the dead ones should’ve been cleaned up and if the windows were closed until guests could open them this would make it first impressions much better. The spa area was very basic, the pool was lovely and refreshing however a two person sauna meant there was a long wait and we didn’t end up using the facilities. Once we arrived we realised the drawers in our two bedroom apartment kitchen were locked. Upon further research and speaking to the staff we were told we had to pay an additional charge to use the kitchen in our own room. This was highly disappointing as we had already paid quite a high price for the room in order to have self catering due to my severe food allergies.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! Definitely the best part about the stay both from our balcony as well as from breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking is easily accessible and free which was great, loved the positioning of the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfy!

We had an apartment for a family of 4. As adults we took it in turns to sleep on the sofa bed and gave the twin beds to our children. Also, the apartment we had was all locked up so we were unable to use anything on our first day. It was all resolved the next morning.

Was very disappointed by ther rude and un co-operative behaviour of the female staff in the restaurant and breeakfast area. However the male staff were very coureous and helpful. Need some variety and consideration for choice in breakfast menu keeping Asian customers in mind. A shuttle service from main bus station would be helpful for those new in the region.

The scenic view from the room and balcony was very beautiful and same as advertised. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It would be nice to get more information on arrival on how to use the wellness area. I wonder why the bathrobes are not at disposal in your room or directly at the spa, why you have to go hunt them down at the reception. Dinner options were unclear, we found no information on it.

The view from our room was breathtaking over the Thunersee. Food was good. Pool was nice, quite big and not overcrowded. Room was comfy.

Very helpful, nice, smiling and multilingual personel. Magnific view from the room. Breakfast buffet with very wide selection of course. Two floor sauna zone behind the swimning pool.

The sauna is textile free meaning you have to be naked. I'm not comfortable doing this nor seeing other naked people and felt excluded from the experience. I would have loved spending time in the sauna but for the reason above I couldn't.

Beautiful place with very helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely amenities. We all loved our stay here and we would come again for sure.

Better room cleaning during our stay.

We were in a duplex flat. Very nice, magnificent view of the lake and mountains from balcony. Breakfast has all the healthy options you can want. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is fine too. Location is perfect for Niederhorn, and Interlaken and Jungfrau area is very easy to reach with public transport. Didn't have to use our car once.
