The bathroom on the second floor, especially the showers are in pretty bad shape. There was mould on the ceiling and in general didn’t feel that clean.

The room and the beds were nice and clean. The breakfast was nice! Delicious croissants. The location is also pretty good. Very cute view of cows and beautiful view of the mountains.

The rooms on the second floor had stinking bathrooms.

The basics that you need, at a reasonable price. They give you free bus tickets to commute to and from the city, and the bus stop is right at their doorstep. Rooms on the balcony side of the building have great views.

The staff takes Sunday and Monday off including in the restaurant so when we arrived it was self check in. It is literally the only place to get food in this quaint bedroom community. Sunday and Monday we had to take the bus 20 min down to Interlaken to get food.

The balcony was great. It was actually the roof over the restaurant so it was huge but shared with all the other rooms on the second floor. Breakfast was good.

The only thing is shared washroom, it was little difficult as there was only one washroom for whole floor. But otherwise the location was best the staff was amazing . And it was directly across from a bus stop so reaching from interlaken station is very easy .

No elevator to the rooms, no Aircondition in the room, although not really needed. And the toaster for breakfast needs to be replaced asap.

Nice surroundings and close to the bus stop which takes you to Interlaken West in less than 30mins.

The size of the bath room. Very small. The wifi was poor and did not run very often. We were in the second floor and it was hard to bring the 18 kg luggage to our room without lift. Thank God we suffered only twice in the week ( Arrival and departure)

I was expecting more food variety for breakfast. Food was good but everyday same things were served and not too many veg or fruits. I would add few more things to choose from. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear other tourists staying and making some noise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Regina Beatenberg during my visit to Interlaken and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything was top-notch.

For me the pillow was quite big and hard. Grocery store you need to go down to Interlaken. There was construction going nearby but didn't really bother me. I was looking for only place to sleep some calm place.

You can't walk to the center since situation is hight up to the mountain but there is the bus going every hour to Interlaken West train station. Breakfast was simple but fine for a light breakfast (bread with cheese and ham, yogurt, fruits, egg and cereals.

Our room's heating system was not really working and the rooms were a bit cold. The decoration in the hall was not really homogenous, some very nice pictures of mountains mixed with very strange out-of-place art. The main hall at the entrance had a lot of very nice facilities like pool and darts, air hockey, but you had to pay for everything, that was strange.

Really great location. You can take off for really great hikes straight from the hotel! Rather simple installations but some rooms have really nice views. Breakfast is included and very complete.

Nobody to receive us at Hotel Regina as it was Sunday. Did not receive the e-mail in time which informed us about the key arrangement as I was not connected to the internet.

The scenery is beautiful. The post bus is regular from one point to another and free to use.

Great location right on bus route into Interlaken. Staff were really friendly and hard working went extra mile to accommodate to our needs.
