Incredible hotel & staff. Rated them 8 only because of the breakfast spread…that’s what let it down. The eggs are cooked and kept in a tray that’s not heated. :(

The breakfast was a bit poor and it was in 2 rooms(but no staff to tell you that).

The hotel is located absolutely amazing - in the old town center. The staff was friendly, the room was more than fine. The lamps were made very nice and comformtable. The room was very quiet and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we even had a room upgrade! We loved the hotel restaurant and had a delicious evening meal. Excellent location near the train station.

The loud people screaming and fighting in the streets outside of the hotel between 2 am to 6 am. Are there no police in Bern?

Everything was great

Excellent location at the entrance to old town and 10 min walk from the train station. Very clean, comfortable bed with down pillows. If you’re not having breakfast at the hotel, there is Coop supermarket next door with coffee and many breakfast options.

The rooftop terrace was closed on Sunday and there was no gym in the hotel. I could hear people above me pacing and moving furniture however it was not a deal breaker and it stopped rapidly.

Boutique vibe in this hotel close to all attractions and historical city centre. I arrived early and not only did they keep my suitcase, they allowed me to check-in 1 hour before the usual 3pm check-in time. The room was lovely and had this 5 stars hotel feel. Everything was fantastic.

We had the suite in another building. To get to that building , there are stairs ( 3 rather high steps). And to get into our suite, we need to climb another stair with 3 high steps again. We enjoyed the room but wish there were ramp instead of stairs.

Location of the hotel is right in the center, convenient to get around. Breakfast choices are good and sufficient. Staffs at breakfast room are gentle. We also like the hotel lobby.

I have nothing negative to mention. I believe I got my money's worth.

The location is perfect, right at the old part of the city center. The staff helpfulness and friendliness was a highlight. I must empathize that the bathroom was well equipped, modern and very clean. I got to enjoy the Atika Bar at the rooftop. It is splendid! Breakfast was diverse and fresh. The personnel was very attentive to make sure nothing was missing at the buffet. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, they offer an overnight price with a nearby parking that is a really good price.

very clean, Swiss vibes all over, Swiss staff very cool roof top bar w reasonable pricing close to the Bundeshaus and w 360 views all around. Attached restaurant also very nice, reasnable pricing and classic Swiss menue.

Nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

For some unknown reason we were given a very large room with a bay window. Great for a multiple night stay, unfortunately we were only there for one night. I wish I had booked a longer stay. Excellent location in the Old Town. Very friendly staff. Accessible by car with a convenient location in front of the hotel to unload your car. They give you a 17% discount if you park at the Rathaus underground parking garage, about 10 minute walk away from the hotel, 24.90 CHF per night. Very comfortable Queen size bed with comfortable pillows. Nice restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel ahs A/C and modern lift.

Nothing really. An in-house laundry would have been nice, but you can't have everything.

Great location in the Altstadt, very close to some of the important attractions in the city, located in an historically significant building. The room was very tidy and comfy and we absolutely loved the shower! (I know it's an odd thing to comment about, but at the end of a long day it was luxury) Breakfast was a very generous buffet that had everything we wanted. The staff were excellent and very professional.

Liked everything.

Location was in the center of the old town, and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. There are 2 large super markets next door. The hotel is modern, rooms had AC, mini fridge, coffee maker with Nespresso coffee, bottled water, soap, shampoo, conditioners, and many more amenities. Beds were comfortable. Hotel had a well staffed lobby that were efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bed was a bit hard but got used to it. There is a decorator lamp hanging from the ceiling at shoulder height between the bed and the corner chair. You can’t miss it. My husband hit it 4 times, causing him to crash into the bed, bruising his shin. A visiting friend also walked into it when he went to check out the view from the window. This is a hazard and should be removed.

Great location. Receptionists all very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get around. Room basic, very compact . Coop next door is handy if you don’t have breakfast at the hotel. Their bars and restaurants are reasonably priced. Roof top bar has excellent views of the mountains.

The location was a short walk from the train station and located in old town. It was amazingly quiet at night for sleeping despite being so near the business of Old Town. Staff was friendly . THe restaurant staff suggested 3 minutes down the road was excellent. Luce galleria.
