To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe shower didn’t have enough spots to place personal items like a razor, shaving cream, etc. additionally, it was very slippery. The lights were a bit tricky to learn at first.
The building offered great views, wonderful breakfast, awesome location and a really fantastic rooftop bar. I enjoyed being able to walk to so much and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe. The staff were great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of English TV channels to choose from, plus the added bonus of being able to hook up to Netflix.

We loved everything! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and they are well appointed. The views of the Andes mountain range are outstanding, especially from their rooftop bar and restaurant, Luna. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff is stellar! They went above and beyond every single moment to make our stay the best we've ever had. The breakfast is fresh and offers something for every palate. The price and location cannot be beat either. It is a nice walk to fabulous restaurants and is connected to the largest mall in South America. Talk about convenience. We stayed for 2 weeks and were thrilled we were there every single day.

United KingdomWe got stuck in the lift on the last morning. It was very hot in the lift and I panicked but the staff got us out very quickly. Quite difficult to get dropped off outside hotel as very busy main road.
Excellent location direct to Costanera Center with its many shops and restaurants, brilliant choice for breakfast. Really caring friendly staff. We had almost been scammed by a taxi driver when we arrived at the hotel. Luckily my bank blocked the payment but I needed to ring the bank quickly and cancel my card. Staff gave me access to wifi , told us to sit in a quiet place and brought us water. We really appreciated this as we were tired after long flight.
