The rooms were a bit cold at night in May but they were so kind to provide a space heater upon request. The kitchen is okay although inconvenient only one burner works.

Very eclectic and funky hostel, with separated indoor and outdoor common spaces. There is a beautiful rooftop patio as well as a more secluded one for some quiet times. The indoor one has a huge TV and some couches. Staff is helpful and friendly with some great advices. The location is convenient to get around to the center, just a few minutes away from the market, supermarkets, lots of food options and the archeology museum. The parking lot to catch the bus to Vicuna is a 3 minute walk. Internet worked well. Free water refills.

Electric sockets are missing next to the bed and perhaps some little lamp for each bed. The room was small, could be a little bigger.

The bed were comfy, there were big lockers for storing luggage, few quite clean bathrooms and well equipped kitchen, nice tarrace. The staff was friendly, they helped me a lot that I could stay there after check out to wait for my bus. The location is good in the city centre and close to the big supermarket. There is all day reception which is quite helpful.

The room I had was street view so it got loud, need ear plugs, and also needs dark curtains. Generally, it think the place could provide some sort of breakfast for the price they charge. As my past few places where less expensive and offered breakfast.

Love the staff, and helped me to understand the city. Oscar was really helpful and spoke English too! The view from the rooftop was 👍.

Very noisy all night with loud music playing from the reception constantly. No quiet time. Difficult to get up on top bunk. No plug socket next to bed. Bedroom unclean with hairs on the bed and the floor of the bedroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

my complaint is about the young male with long dark hair who works here. he should BE PROPERLY EDUCATED on how to handle guest interactions. it was about 10pm and I was nearly asleep. he BARGED into our female dorm room (what if I was undressed?!) and immediately began spraying Lysol all over me and the room. I had no idea what was going on as I was half asleep. then he GRABBED AT MY FACE OVER THE SHEETS AND PULLED THE SHEET OFF ME!!! startled I asked what is going on?! he then accused me of smoking “herb” in the room, which I was ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING. I frantically explained to him this was not the case but he insisted and then finally said he “believed me” but this was such an upsetting event I couldn’t sleep for a few hours, and sadly he was WRONGLY ACCUSING me of something with absolutely no basis. not only that I felt violated by both being walked into the room with no knock by a MAN IN A WOMANS ONLY ROOM as well as having the sheets grabbed off me while I was sleeping. in my home country a report like this would DEFINITELY result in him being FIRED.

The women’s dorm was FABULOUS. unheard of amenities. I got two pillows, a comforter AND sheets. hasn’t happened yet in all of South America at the budget hostels. room also equipped with lockers and plenty of lounge space as well as a rooftop and equipped kitchen. the woman with long dark hair was absolutely LOVELY and very kind and helpful. one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in months!!

Good room in the middle of town. We could cook and there was a space to store stuff. There were good social spaces with things you could buy relatively cheaply and washing lines to dry our clothes

Kitchen felt small at busy times, but not a big deal.

Stayed three times in three different private rooms. Each was spacious and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen and several common areas, including a terrace with fantastic sunset views. Sociable environment. Friendly staff.

It would be useful to add a ladder to the bunkbed to make it easier to get in, and maybe some hooks on the wall to hang stuff.
