wifi access would have been nice but several restaurants close and the ski area had wifi.

Our host Roberto took excellent care of us! Convenient location to ski and soak in the hotsprings at Nevados Chillan. Charming cabin by the river with ample nature space between cabins. The wood stove kept us warm and cozy.

There's no wifi, which we understand since the area is very large and the cabañas are spread out- but a central wifi spot would be good. We had no cellphone reception there and wanted to check out some stuff in the area and get some directions on the phone, which was quite difficult.

We spent a weekend at the Cabañas and it was very nice! The Cabañas are nicely spread out within the area, so it's very private and not crowded at all. Also, all the cabañas are far away from the street, so you really get the feeling of being in nature and it's quiet at night. There's lot's of trees and grass, a big picknick area and playground for kids. The cabañas themselves are very cosy and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, stove, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, sieve,...), and the kitchen/living room area has a wood-burning stove that warms the place in winter. One thing that has to be pointed out in pandemic times: the covid prevention is spectacular. Alcohol gel, disinfecting wipes, etc everywhere. Everyone working there was wearing masks at all times- which made us feel very safe!
