The hotel view on the lake is amazing, the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the lobby, very cosy with the fire. The gym was also good! The best hotel in Puerto Varas!

Nothing - it was really lovely!

The room was beautiful - very big, the balcony was lovely to sit on of an evening and the views were amazing throughout the day. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the bathroom was great too. It was very well situated to explore this area and was within walking distance of the town with its restaurants and shops. We had a meal in the hotel too which was really nice - the menu wasn't extensive but there was enough choice for us to find something we all liked. We loved our stay here!

Just some minor issues just to be a perfectionist, we have been to this hotel before, and some of the finishings outside the hotel require some maintenance. For example the logo of the hotel is fainted to one side, and windows in the hallways to the room were quite dirty. Besides that the hotel is great!

The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.

The rooms are perhaps a little outdated and there is a certain noise level towards the lake because of the car traffic along the road.

Great location in perfect walking distance to the town. Very friendly staff. Restaurant ambience could be improved but the food was good at dinner and especially at breakfast. Spacious rooms and nice pool and sauna which could be pre-booked for private enjoyment. Consuelo was extremely helpful to upgrade our room to a quieter floor for the second night.

No one could speak any English in the spa which prevented scheduling services, which you need to do for even the swimming pool. No hot water one morning - hotel wide

Very nice large room with great view of the lake. Very good breakfast buffet with wide assortment and extended hours. Comfortable lounge area. Very helpful front desk staff. Sustainability features including in room water purifier. Some good English language TV channels.

Amazing location with beautiful views of Volcano Osorno. A large hotel and slightly corporate in feel but still friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Balconies are too small and narrow, not inviting. Balcony door does not function well. Shower very impractical because the water always sprays onto the bathroom floor. Noisy air conditioning.

Location: walking distance to town centre and stunning view of lake and volcano. Delicious breakfast, good selection. Large comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff. Good new bikes for use at no charge. Complementary sparkling wine bottle in our room upon arrival.

Some rooms have balcony with lake and volcano views. Excellent breakfast. Modern lifts, nice decoratarion, confortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. You can use the spa too in the 7th floor.

The pool is pretty small and temperature more “hot tub” , so no swimming to be done.

No plug for bath but I guess they want you to use the shower to save water.

The swimming pool area is very small, it looked like it maybe had massage jets at some point so these have now been removed.

The view from the bedrooms was fantastic (when the sun came out!!) as you are directly overlooking the lake and osorno volcano. We thought the breakfast offering was the best of our trip through Chile and Argentina. It was nice to have the sauna facilities after a day out.
