You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent central location, especially for the wine festival. Enormous room, spotlessly clean. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent car park. We had a bath, which was a nice surprise. This hotel exceeded all our expectations.

IrelandOur room was so hot it was uncomfortable and the AC unit seemed to be set only to heat. The room temperature remained at 25 degrees all night. The breakfast was also only ok.
The room was a good size, location is central and the staff were lovely to deal with. Reasonable price.

We came in from long trek and looking forward to this and they kept saying it was going to be fixed and it never was so we finally cracked and took a cold shower. It never improved and was cold in the morning as well. I ruined the entire experience. The check out manager was not nice and was more concerned about getting a copy of my passport and PDI than if the room was correct....even though the check in manager the night before said that the documentation we submitted then was sufficient. To pay $100USD for a cold shower is not acceptable.
There was someone on the staff that helped us park the vehicle since it wouldn't fit. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent
