The blankets were a bit dusty, not a big deal but I did have some allergies. Needed to provide more toilet paper in the rooms. Was a bit noisy at times.

Cooking and washing facilities were great! There were no cooking oils which I don’t expect but are always welcomed. 2 beds but could make it 3 with the couch if you have a family. Netflix was available and signed in on the TV. The wifi had great connection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk into town and back.

A bit of noise in the evening from downstairs, but quiet by 23:00

Everything. Great little apartment. Clean, everything works, good WiFi, hot shower, cooking and laundry facilities, smart TV. Easy check-in through the restaurant downstairs. 10 minutes walk to the bus station.

The blanket and pillow has hair. The kitchen doesn't have a stove for cooking.

The stairs up to the room were steep and narrow. Quite difficult with a backpack. The bathroom was small but very functional with some great space saving ideas.

We had a very comfortable stay at El Capitan. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. We were able to add a day to our stay seamlessly. We had very good communication with the host prior to arriving. The room had all the cooking facilities we needed and there was a combined clothes washer and dryer. The oven is gas and needs to be started with matches that were provided. It is located close to the bus station although there is a bit of a hill to walk up. It is very affordable compared to accommodation in Puerto Varas and it is easy and cheap to catch a shuttle bus to Puerto Varas if you want. Our room had a view across the town to a mountain.

The area is a bit noisy

The owners are very nice and friendly, we arrived late and they were waiting for us and helped us carry our luggage inside. We traveled with bikes and they let us check out a little later for free and had space for us to put our bikes together. They even had a restaurant downstairs so we ate dinner there, super easy and convenient. Bed was super cozy!

This is a sizable apartment above a restaurant/fishmonger. It's not that fancy, a bit basic but fine for the night.

In the split level room the shower had hot water only. And 'two bedrooms ' apartment is an exaggeration. Pick the one bedroom one. It shouldn't be difficult to fix a shelf for soap in the shower.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Located a short walk away from Angelmó fish market, definitely a place to stick around for seafood and sea lions.

Bathroom was pretty tiny - our knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. A little pricey for the accommodation. Noise echoed through the open (but roofed) cement area and right up the stairs.

Easy walk from the bus terminal and not too far from central area. The hosts were friendly and ready for our arrival. It was very handy to have an excellent combo washer/driyer right in the room! Gas stove for cooking and a good sized fridge.

The apartment is above the restaurant so in the evening it was very noisy and there were people smoking in front of the restaurant so the smoke comes up to your bedroom. It is small, a bit dirty (especially the towels) and water in the shower was sometimes quite cold. But the worst thing was the ongoing reconstruction of the apartment right next to the ours - it was noisy all the time (even on Saturday morning!), there was building material and dirt just in front of the apartment and workers walking on the roof just behind our window! Not relaxing at all.

The kitchen had pots, silverware and dishes but no cooking utensils. Although the apartment was spacious, the furniture is not especially comfortable if you need to sit or work in the space.

Reasonably priced location with a full kitchen and a good restaurant downstairs. Good security on the property.
