The staff was very kind and helpful. The owner assisted us in organizing the program in the surroundings, and everything went smoothly. Ideal place for outdoor activity around Pucón.

Beautiful, peaceful location. It was so lovely here. There is a river along the property that has a nice trail for walking. Great location for the thermal baths and trails. Breakfast was great too. Room is very nice and cozy and lots of space. Great bathroom.

A dog runs around close to my car when driving in the area. It made me really nervous and worrying might hurt the dog.

A relaxing lodge right outside Pucon, with good views of the volcano and a little river that flowed on the property which made for a lovely morning walk. Staff was very friendly, the room was excellent, and we had a nice breakfast before leaving. Would recommend for anyone visiting Pucon and wanting a tranquil place to stay!

I really liked the location, the natural environment, the silence, the river at the end of the property, the beautiful trees and birds I saw and of course the mountains in the background. It is also close to several lakes, thermal waters and national parks.

It was perfect!

I liked the positive surprise we experienced at Elementos. The first impression was negative, as the hotel is in the wild. We arrived late afternoon and it looked scary. As soon as we were presented to our rooms, we were in awe with the views, the quality of everything and the careful attention to every detail in comfort and environment. The dinner was fantastic.

it’s a beautiful place, designed perfectly next to a river. everything is so beautiful and calm. located close to nature reserve, lake caburga and 10 minutes from pucon. I would definitely want to come back!

This hotel is in a large property next to a beautiful river. The rooms are large, with lots of light, beautifully furnished. Bathroom is modern with excellent showers. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner cooked to order. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our balcony had a view of the volcano ❤️

what a gem! a beautiful place surrounded by trees and greenery and near the river. quiet. nicely designed room with a balcony. comfortable bed. close to parks and sightseeing. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent - first time in Chile i had a truly home-made bread and jam. And dinner was also excellent - home made [as the kitchen seems to be part of the home of the chef... ] overall - highly recommended!

Only some details, the overall experience was great. The coffee in the morning could have been more tasty and strong, it was sad that the coffee wasn´t so good in contrast with the rest of the breakfast that was amazing. Common areas could have been cozier and more inviting, in line with the rooms that were very beautiful, comfortable and nice.

Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast also very nice! People who work there and the atmosphere are great. They had issues with Wifi in the rooms but were very helpful to make the teleworking experience good in their common areas anyways.

PROBABLY you need a 4x4 to go up to reception if you choose go with your car, but its not necessary bring your car up to the hill they have also a parking spot down, and you can walk a lovely path.

GREAT PLACE! a concept very close to the NATURE and Mapuche meanings. All stuff have a good knowledge about the area and very good recommendations. Food is good as well with a wide menu offer. Very close to National Parks and just steps from the river.
