Free tea is served from 18:00 - 22:00. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, Windows can be opened. The staff was nice and very helpful. There are only limited parking lots on the hotel ground (you may have to leave your key, so they can change parking positions). But direct in front of the hotel you find about 5 public parking lots, so there is a good chance to get one. Would stay there again.

TV signal for multiple channels was poor.

Ana at the front desk was great but the kitchen staff was unfriendly. Not a smile, clearly upset when asked for help. No concept of customer service.

Our 2-bed room was facing the back of the building. It got very hot in the afternoon and there's no AC available. We just had to close the curtains in the afternoon and then open the door later in the evening. The room was not very big. We barely had any room for ourselves and the suitcases. Also, the beds were not fixed to the wall and they tend to roll away from the wall if you're sitting on them with your back leaning on the wall. Not a biggie of course, but it's a bit annoying.

We had a 4-night booking at this hotel. We couldn't make it to the hotel on the first night of our booking. I messaged the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be there for our first night, and that I understood they'd need to charge me anyway for it. I was very pleasantly surpsised when they then modified the booking to only 3 nights, and they didn't charge us for the first night. Thanks for that! Breakfast was very good. It's a buffet with a nice array of many options, even some local Kuchen and pastries are offered. You are asked by one of the employees if you'd like some eggs and then they bring you an individual 2-egg portion (scrambled). The location is good. It's a 10 minute walk approximately to the main square in Puerto Varas and lake Llanquihue.

Hotel not able to accept our currency card in debit mode . We wasted changing money into US dollars and had to use an English credit card so lost money. We are surprised because even small local shops take 'tarjeta debito ". We are European so quoting in American dollars is useless for us.

Clean, comfortable room (though small). Friendly staff though only one spoke English. Luckily I speak a little Spanish.

We wanted to watch something on Netflix, but night manager didn’t know how to set up. Would have been nice to have some instructions.

We were a group of 3 friends and they offered a room with 3 twin beds, which was perfect. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We slept with the window open in February and noticed lots of dogs barking, but no other noises. Would have liked to stay another day in Puerto Varas.

Limited value for money. They control the breakfast buffet, by someone serving the food to you, very annoying. The choice of savoury food is very limited. The hotel is quite a walk from the city centre

Rooms aren't noise insulated. Our bathroom door didn't close properly. Shower looked a bit dated.

Personnel was very kind and helpful. Rooms are cozy and had excellent radiator heating for cold nights. Bed was very comfortable. They give you enough toiletries which are organic and smell amazing. Breakfast was very tasty and had many options to choose from.
