We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe landed late and let them know as we had booked the airport shuttle. They said it could wait 20 mins after our booked time. We arrived 18 mins late and it wasn't there. Had to wait for the next one which was 15 mins later than we were told.
Staff were all wonderful, excellent English and happy to help with anything. Room was clean, bed comfortable and good size. Had dinner in the restaurant, not too cheap but portions huge. We're happy for us to take away what we didn't finish. They were also very responsive to messages.

United KingdomBreakfast was okay, not great. Espresso based coffee on offer would have been nice, but it was just filter. We chose the hotel specifically to use the pool and spa facilities whilst we waited for our flight, but unfortunately the sauna was cold and the jacuzzi could do with a bit of a refurb.
Convenient location next to airport with great free shuttle service. Extremely comfortable bed - best night’s sleep we had for a while.

AustraliaThe free shuttle bus to and from the airport was good, and the instructions on where to find the bus at the airport are very clear, but what is not clear is the timing. They say the bus leaves on the hour, but not from the airport - from the hotel. So if you're booked for example on the 7pm bus, expect to wait 10-20 mins for it to arrive. If I had known this, I could have made the 6pm bus but instead found myself on the 8pm (actually 8.20pm)- 2hrs lost when I could have been enjoying a nice meal and the very comfy bed!
Room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Didn't even mind a distant sound of a small dog barking in a nearby room. Pool and spa looked very inviting - wish I'd remembered my bathers!

BrazilI have booked a pick up from the airport when I arrived, however such a hard spot to find in the carpark. Followed all the prompts, and still couldn’t find the hotel van. Had to pay for a taxi and it was incredibly expensive (the hotel was like 3 min from the airport). Hotel could improve this pick up to help guests. However I used the shuttle to go back to the airport and it was ok.
Very close to the airport, friendly staff (helpful and polite), a comfortable/clean room and a very good breakfast.

United States of AmericaLong line at check-in to be told no early check-in available, even for an extra fee which they’d already told me about. Then told us we could wait in restaurant, but restaurant then sent us back to get carry-on roller stored, not allowed in (fair enough). A lot of people were going through this process of lining-up multiple times so it was a bit of a circus. They must go through this daily so you’d think they’d streamline the process for their own sanity! Not a big complaint, but making a better process for tired overnight fliers would be nice. Transportation to and from the airport needs a bigger of more frequent bus at peak times.

United KingdomThere were no menus in the room for room service. When I called room service they said I could tell them what I would like but I wanted a menu to choose from not decide what I wanted. The tv only had one English speaking channel and that was CNN news. I think for an international chain of hotels like the Hilton it should also offer at least one English speaking entertainment channel.
It was near to the airport. I was picked up and dropped off by the free shuttle. It was clean, comfortable and had great WiFi in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with free toiletries supplied. The staff were all very nice, professional and polite.
