My single bed room was on street level and a bit loud at night. I’m a deep sleeper so it wasn’t a major issue for me but could present a problem depending on what room you get. The shared dormitories appeared to be deeper in the building further from the street. The hostel itself was relatively quiet at nighttime

Great location. Very walkable to central downtown area, main city districts, and the metro. Staff fantastic in assisting with my needs in English and Spanish. Facilities were appropriate for price. Ample number of shared bathrooms and showers present. Breakfast was simple but sufficient

We were told by the night staff that breakfast would be available at 5am before our taxi arrived for an early flight. Breakfast was not ready when we arrived - the morning staff hadn't been informed. We were offered a white bun with some jam.

Front desk staff were very helpful on our arrival. Gave us directions to a restaurant where we were meeting friends.

Good location close to metro, restaurantes, hiking,...staff is very nice and helpful, good breakfast even with eggs and fruits, beds were clean and had individual sockets and light, lockers in the room had a good size

Wifi is good, free breakfast is good, Guillermo helped me book a tour to Sewell Mining Town. I couldn't find any information online so he truly helped me by calling around.

The only minus of the hotel, was the location of my room, just next to the entrance, so during the night you can hear everything. Also the walls are thin and you can hear the creeping wood.

Spend there, my last nights in Chile and Latin America. It's a nice hostel, with good vibes and funny staff. The room was clean and enough big for 2 nights. Also the location was very good, just some minutes to the metro and restaurants.

We stayed twice in two different rooms and they were very tiny, no space to move. Also a bit stinky, along with the provided towels. And super hot inside the room!

Great location, great breakfast and great reading room provided with lots of books and TV. Staff was also very nice. Overall, quite clean.

There are no guards on the top of the bed bunkers to prevent people from rolling over. The mattress was well worn-out.

Floors felt a bit smeary.

Really nice people and receptionists. A beautiful old house converted into a hostel. Small breakfast and lots of things to Do in Santiago. Rooms were pretty and bright with a fan. Location is central in the city. We could leave our stuff in a locked room after check-out.

Low water pressure in the shower. Sometimes there was no hot water.

The hosts very friendly and helpful. They prepared a local drink for us on our first night. The location is good, close to the city centre.

The hostel is great value but e had a double room and the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom seemed clean but there was a constant odour.

My bedroom was just about the courtyard area and the noise went on for a loooooong time late night.

First of all, Ignacio is such a great receptionist! The guy is super friendly and went an extra mile giving super valuable information. The common area is cozy and the location is great. Oh, forgot to mention, the breakfast is quite good for the price you're paying.

Could do with some maintenance in many areas; broken door lock, clogged shower head, cracked tiles. No drama though.

A lovely, friendly hostel in an interesting, safe area of Santiago. Convenient for San Cristobal hill and Art Museum. Good choice of room types. Breakfast provided, kitchen facilities, luggage locker. Run by really nice, friendly people.

For our first stay, we had a twin bed room, which was quite small with a bunk bed and almost no space to move - it was quite dark but for 1-2 nights fine.

We stayed stayed here twice and really liked the hostel! For our second stay we had a double bed room which was really spacious and super nice, free towels included and you can borrow a hair dryer. The shared bathrooms are always super clean and the water was always hot. The location of the hostel is perfect in a quiet street, close to the popular areas of the city and the metro. The couch and terrace on the first floor as well as the breakfast area and the TV room are quite cool to just chill. The kitchen is very well equipped and big. The breakfast is super nice! Also the staff are all very helpful, open and nice. We left for a three week trip to Costa Rica and were able to store our luggage for a small fee, which was great.
