At one point the hot water was turned off, but the hosts were very quick to fix the problem.

We loved the hosts of this property. A lovely family who were very attentive and accommodating. Our room was warm and provided what we needed for our short stay. The hosts stored our luggage for us while we went hiking for 3 nights and even packed us a breakfast when we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time.

Rooms are quite small, basic, but are as shown in the photos.

Hostal near central and the breakfast is great, the room and bed is comfortable, with warmer and hot water for shower . Nice host and will arrange packed breakfast to us as we leave early to Paine.

Close to shops and restaurants. We could leave our luggage for 5 days as we were hiking the W trekking. We had to leave too early for breakfast but a breakfast package was prepared for us.

The receptionist hardly spoke English but did everything to help using a translator app. It was a bit difficult to get hot water.

Hot water and central heating was excellent, the bed was so comfortable. Willie and the other staff were so helpful and friendly. They let me store my bag while I was on the W trek, arranged a late check-in for me when I returned from the trek, and made me breakfast to take with me when I had an early bus.

Most of the staff doesn't speak english, which is very common in Chili. But we would always make it work.

We could leave our luggage here when doing the W-trek in Torres del Paine. Staff was very nice. Breakfast to take with us when we left for the hike really early.

There isn't kitchen access like you would get in other hostels so if you're planning on cooking you won't be able to. Wasn't a negative for us but something to be aware of!

The staff were so lovely, even though they didn't speak english we managed to communicate well. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with so many early starts for tours it's great having a feed before you leave and they even make you a takeaway snack if you leave before brekky starts.

The breakfast was typical of hotels in Chile. The staff were friendly and obliging and put up with our limited Spanish with good will. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for this price range
