Wifi speed was rather slow.

Location was good - away from the main part of the town but not that far, about 8 mins walk so really quiet which allowed for a good nights sleep. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable with big bed and nice pillows.

This hoteles is exceptional. The staff are very helpful the rooms big and beds very comfortable. Loved the fact they started breakfast at 4am for people going on very early trips. I also loved the fact they do your laundry for very little extra cost. I am an older traveller not one for staying in hostels this place was absolutely perfect.

The rooms at night don’t have air conditioning and got surprisingly hot, despite opening the window and running the fan as soon as the sun set.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple but very clean and convenient with good basics like soap, shampoo, hair dryer. Excellent that breakfast runs from 4-10AM, as many tours of Atacama start early. It includes a good selection of meats, cheeses, avocado, juices, and on. The pool is icily cold but lovely in the heat and the area around the pool is clean and pleasant. Nice for lounging with drinks at night as well.

A wonderful, restful place-much needed with all the trips and activities. Staff very helpful and friendly, helped us book a trip (they recommended an agency that was very good), the breakfast was great, shower hot with good pressure.

Can be noisy as the rooms all face the central courtyard with the pool.

Staff friendly and helpful. Cafe sells tasty juices. Breakfast available very early for the inevitable early morning excursion.

Excellent room but there is no air conditioning, apparently it is the standard there in San Pedro, sometimes it gets a little hot, but nothing that disturbs the sleepig.

Absolutely perfect hotel, great owner and staff. We slept here twice, early check in or late check out was not a problem. The rooms are wonderfully clean and well equipped. A nice terrace for a coffee, a beautiful pool for refreshment, everything great. The breakfast and laundry service were also great. If we come back to San Pedro, we will stay here.

Our room, while really quiet at night, got full afternoon sun which made it very warm. There was a water feature outside the room that was a bit stagnant. Breakfast was always a bit awkward as the tables often weren’t clean. The toilet made a mad squealing noise when it filled up.

The swimming pool was very nice to have, the room has everything you need, and we liked the breakfast (fresh bread and fruit).

The rooms were not that quiet at night time or when people were coming and going in the late evening and early mornings. Also, the maintenance guy was washing the solar panels early in the morning so the sound of splashing water hitting the ground was unpleasant.

The breakfast every morning was fantastic. The atmosphere felt safe and secure. The staff was polite and accommodating. Like the nice candy dish by the bed.

Loved the place, so welcoming and Javier was great with us. He organised tours same day for us and the next 3 days. Tours were exceptional and breakfast was yummy and the ladies were there to help you anytime.

The breakfast could have been better with more options for vegan and vegetarian eaters.

The pool area was great. The room was very comfortable and clean, it was nice that it was cleaned daily. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property felt safe and private.
