Slippery bathroom tiles with no where for the water to drain if it escapes the shower (learnt that the hard way).

Beautiful location, very spacious and comfortable. We wished we had more time here.

- double room is tiny - beds literally roll away and you sleep like in a hammock - stains on sheets - shower looked not that nice as well - near to no kitchen utensils (one knife for everyone, no bowls, no peeler…) - thin walls, you’ll hear every door closing and everyone walking

- breakfast included (toast, spread, tea, cornflakes, milk, sweet juice and canned peaches) - clean kitchen - big and sunny common room to relax - wifi working everywhere

It’s a small thing, but they cleaned our room even though we put the do not disturb shield out. The kind of mixed up our things which were laying around.

It’s a nice hotel with very nice staff. They even prepared breakfast packages for the days we left early. They where also flexible with our check in time. So we were able to check in after 24:00.

If you copy the address from Booking and paste it in Google maps, the location is like ~1 km away. Not very easy to find if you don't have internet, so pay attention to this!

It’s a little far from the center. You have to pay if you want to stay a little after your checkout.

The living room is perfect : good view, good sofas, good kitchen, perfect to meet people. Just next to the sea. The breakfast is good to make your sandwiches for the day. The bathroom is big and useful (4 toilets & 4 showers for the men, different 4 toilets & 4 showers for the women).

I never got to take advantage of the breakfast because of the hours. They don't correspond with most early tours. Check-in was a bit difficult, as the reception desk is only open 3-9pm. I was told I could leave my bag then return later for check-in, but there was no way in. Friendly staff though.

Good location w/lovely balcony view. Bit of a walk to get to town, but I didn't mind, plus it's safe. Fun lounge area. Nice kitchen facilities. Good Wi-Fi. Clean, basic rooms & bathrooms.

My dorm was way too small. There were six beds and partway through the night is was incredibly hot and stuffy. The mattress was also very uncomfortable.

The common area is an amazing place to hang out. A lot of care has gone into decorating the hostel.

Location to the town centre isn’t great, but there are plenty of taxis and the walk in is quite pleasant as long as your not in a rush!

Very nice stay here, staff were very friendly, with a great breakfast too!

The room for 6 people was quite small and poor ventilation. The shower space is very tight and no place to hang clothes inside. It is quite a long walk from town area.

Staff Alison was very helpful and kind. The lounge area with sofa is a nice place to hangout. If you cannot make it for breakfast which starts at 830am, you can let the staff know and she will prepare something for you the night before in the fridge.

Showers are a bit small, and I had to keep my stuff outside of the box, would be nice to have a bit more space. On the second day breakfast was delayed almost 1h, which also delayed our plans.

I arrived really late at night due to bad flight times, but they helped to get into the hostel by sending me the necessary information on the arrival day. Alison specially helped me quite a bit with the booking and the information. Thanks! Breakfast was simple but good. The common area above was relaxing and had a good view. Rooms were well arranged and beds were comfortable. Would come back!

The hostel itself is perfect, the only downside is the location, the hostel is at the seaside and the views from the the common area are wonderful however it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city centre.

Nice view from common area, where you can prepare your own meal. There is everything you need. Short walking distance from Strait of Magellan. Staff was nice and helpful.
