Only draw back is WiFi, but it’s to be expected and worked well in common areas- a very minor negative!

Wonderful location, great atmosphere, welcoming and comfortable. Genuine staff and the views were amazing!! Highly highly recommend staying here if you can.

Wifi signal in the room wasn't so good.

Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and so comfortable with an amazing view outside the window. The restaurant was fabulous, every dishes we ordered were very delicious. And also morning buffet which had varieties of food, was very good.

Countless Potholes on gravel road leading to the facility and also potholes in the parking lots of the facility. It was not well lit at night from parking lots to hotel reception, perhaps environmental concern?

Great location and services, staff are friendly, selections of breakfast are diverse and good. There is bar in facility with awesome view to the lake.

Staff was courteous but not too warm and welcoming. Day time tourists cluttered the place during the day. The too S were more like Motel 6. For the high price we paid, they could have done better.

The rooms are dated but still are comfortable.

The front desk staff are very knowledgeable. And Diego is very courteous and very helpful with the guests. Samuel went out of his way to explain in details all the pros and cons of all the hiking options that the facility and the park offer.

No WIFI in the room was the greatest inconvenience. I could no easily communicate with my daughter when she remained in the room and I was at the lobby. Also, they gave one physical key, no a card key. That was also in inconvenient, if one of us left the room and the other was sleeping. I could not provide safety/security by locking the room from outside as the other would be locked in. The toiletry did not include body lotion. Toilet paper has to be disposed in the garbage can which was stepped-in to open lid. The garbage can would swing and moved out of place when stepping to open it, failing to collect the used toilet paper. It needed to have a heavier can or a different opening system.

The view. The hotel is nestled in nature. The designed is unique having the rooms branching off from the main building. We enjoyed looking at 3 baby foxes playing while dinning.

Feb 2024 stay 1 night $450. Stayed because wanted to catch 1st Catamaran (separate fee), so location was key to reason for stay. Room was far from lobby but had a great and private view. WiFi was weak in room so had to work in Lobby (which was comfortable, but inconvenient). Breakfast was very good. As an FYI, the flat walk from the boat parking to Catamaran was about 2 miles.

Incredible view from our room of the lake with icebergs and one of the three glaciers in the distance. Wonderful views from the dining room also. Helpful and very friendly staff. Quite a walk to the tourboat but the ride to the glaciers all worth it!

The warm welcome, cozy well appointed room, heated bathroom floors, nice buffet breakfast. We stayed for lunch since our catamaran sailing was canceled due to extreme wind. The room was overpriced, but you pay for the million dollar views, a good place to rest after hiking to Base Las Torres.

The property is worn. The bedroom floor was uneven and creaky. It is an old property located in a national park. You should book this property for the location, it is not a high end hotel experience.

The setting and view are incomparable. It is the location for the popular glacier tour boat and it also has two short hiking trails on the property.
