The hotel insisted on USD payment to qualify for the VAT exemption, a practice not observed in other hotels during our stay. They claimed it was a legal requirement, but it seemed more like a sizable conglomerate seeking additional profit through exchange rates. This was disappointing.

Nestled prominently on the seafront, the hotel offers stunning views. However, the rooms, while a bit dated and in need of renovations soon, didn't pose an issue for our brief one-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Regrettably, we skipped breakfast, so we cannot provide feedback on that aspect. One noteworthy drawback was the insufficient soundproofing; the hotel faces a loud road, requiring us to use earplugs to get some sleep.

The only thing I would criticize is that it was terribly hot in the rooms, and the air conditioning did not work.

We only stayed overnight at the hotel before our journeys and activities in the surroundings, and for such a stay, it was absolutely suitable. Excellent breakfast, good price, helpful staff. Puerto Montt is not a beautiful city, but it is a good starting point for excursions in the area.

Parking is a maze in a horror B movie. Use the entrance near the hotel main entrance or you will end up in a nightmare trying to figure out where is you car and how to get out here. Elevators go to different floors under same numbers.

Great view from the rooms. Clean and stylish as always. Location is great especially for shopping (the hotel in the biggest shopping mall around) and walking down the shore.

You have to be aware that the confirmed booking price will be raised with 20% VAT if you pay with a debit card or in any other valuta then USD. The bathrooms are split in 2 compartments what makes them feel small, bit funny design

The sea and city view through the floor to ceiling full width windows, directly above the boulevard, in a galleria shopping center, and next to the center of town. Management is very helpful.

Room clearly smelt of tobacco, guess That’s just guests ignoring the “no smoking rule”. Also we paid for sea/waterfront view which we got but in corner so view from room is to side and waterfront is viewed from balcony. Also balcony overlooked by next tower block. This is poor. We would use again but only with more central front facing room.

The entrance for vehicles is not clear. We arrive late and we discovered the address provided did not fit with the real entrance to the hotel, which is located within a building of a shopping mall. So that, the hotel should provide clear instructions for the arrival of people coming by car.

The breakfast was truly outstanding, the best I've had in a hotel for years. Also, each and every member of the staff we dealt with went out of their way to help us. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The bathroom wasn't clean with mold in the shower. The rooms are advertised with a sauna as a room feature, but there is just one sauna for the whole hotel so beware.

The location is great and the staff is friendly and can speak english. The rooms all have sea view.

Starting with the check in the 11 floor , the entrance is too complicated with poor signaling. Also the cost and the advertising cost are different, the variation of price at your arrival makes the experience from the begging distasteful. The problem lies that the hotel rises the price at you arrival and seeks to charge more that the amount agreed in any reservation (they use the exchange of money as an excuse to overcharge at the moment you arrive) 100€ per night without breakfast is the amount not agreed that I ended up paying.

The view is the highlight.

We had to leave early to catch an flight at the airport. But we couldn't leave the underground parking around 6 AM as all the exit gates were locked! We were lucky to find some janitors who managed to open a gate for us and let us out. We got to the airport in time, but I advise to make sure you arrange with the staff that they open the exit gate for you - if you need to leave early.

A modern facility, clean and spacious, a room with the ocean view and floor-to-ceiling glass wall to the huge balcony. A free parking spot in the basement, at the shopping centre parking.

The breakfast was horrible, everything was stale, prepackaged, the coffee was not fresh, and they charged extra for making coffee on the espresso machine, nothing fresh. For a 4 star hotel, there was no pen or paper to write on in the room, the phones weren’t working and no lotion or shower cap in the bathroom.

It was well located.
