Out hostess was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early as we had a very long flight to arrive in Chile and wanted to nap. She provided us with a lot of information on the area and great suggestions for dining. The posada is quiet and beautiful with easy access to the vineyards. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff took great care of us.

It was a beautiful place, great staff, nice pool, very tranquil. It was a bit remote from Santa Cruz but Filipe and Leomar were extremely accommodating. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries to visit. We truly loved our stay!!!!

The best part Leonor, who cared for every need and was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends!

The location is perfect and peaceful. Leonor the host is delightful and goes out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is a welcome addition after a day in the vineyards of the Colchagua valley. The staff in the morning cook excellent very fresh eggs!

United States of AmericaThe owner, Leonor, is a sweetheart, always attentive and looking after our needs. the location of the Posada is quiet, safe, and near all of the wineries and other attractions. The rooms are impeccably cleaned every afternoon. The Posada kitchen allowed us to fix our own dinners and a tasty breakfast was served in the morning.

CanadaAir conditioning is finicky, breakfast was typical for Chile (bread cheese ham and super sweet juice and high sugar yogurt), there are a lot of creepy crawlers around (saw four spiders and a massive beetle creature in our room in two nights)

CanadaA somewhat rustic small hotel - actually more like a North American motel - a few kilometers outside Santa Cruz with around a dozen basic rooms, much as I'd expect in the Chilean countryside. Very casual, friendly, and helpful owner and staff. A generous, typically Chilean breakfast was included. A very peaceful, quiet getaway if that's what you're looking for.

ChileWe really enjoyed our stay at Posada Colchagua. It is in a good location, not far from Santa Cruz. Our hostess, Leonor, was most welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the property to the moment we left she provided various touches that made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice and warm. I am glad I chose Posada Colchagua to spend a few days in the Colchagua Valley.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately we struggled a lot with the person running the B&B. It might have been that we were the only visitors at the time, but our every move was monitored and it didn't feel relaxing. On the last day, we wanted to leave our bags (as our trip to the airport was in the evening), and had a very unfortunate experience of being told that we were the worst hotel guests ever and we're ruining everything and had no respect (when all we wanted was to leave some bags in the corner of the reception area). We were also shut out of the property (even though agreeing to leave a tip for the bags) and had to climb out in and out to retrieve them. There was a lot of aggressive communication that made me feel like crying, which is not a nice experience when in a foreign country. I thus cannot recommend staying here. Maybe things are different when there's more than one customer or it was just bad timing, but I really feel like this is no way to treat guests.
The location and B&B itself are in nature and are in line with the pictures. A great initial setting.
