Please work on breakfasts, No vegetables, lots of junk sweetened food, no decent coffee machine (only the flask) and the scrambled eggs made from powder. The only exception were detox freshly-squeezed juices made of root vegetables. The name 'deluxe room' is misleading. Although fairly comfortable they are very small which does not compute with a 5-star regular requirements.

The hotel need to hire more staff. I had to wait a long time at check in, check out, room service, bar, etc. They didn't allow me for more than 30 min late check out without paying. They don't have water heaters and coffee in the room as most hotels do. The price for a room with ocean view was very high, and the view isn't worth it. Also breakfast wasn't included, considering the high value of my room, this is not a good detail.

The place was super clean, and bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. The pool and restaurant are good.

I considered it quite expensive and rooms quite small - noise from roof top bar meant I had to move to lower floor. This was accommodated without fuss and on the 6th floor was much quieter.

Quite pricy for the service offered. Very bad service at the bar (waited almost an hour for a drink and then we decided to leave the bar) and the swimming is quite small.

For a hotel in this category we expected facial tissue in the bathroom and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom shower design is nice but water kept leaking out into the bathroom.

The location was fantastic. Near restaurants, bars, the beach, attractions. Not far from Valparaiso and the sand dunes. The view from the seaview room was very good especially from a higher floor. Also liked that there was an open staircase that could be used apart from the elevators. The rainshower was nice! Breakfast was good enough to start the day. The best part was being able to cross the road to the beach and watch the sunset.

This is just a detail, but the room only had towels, robe and slippers for one, dismissing reservation details for two. But just that. The rest was perfect.

The receptionist Alejandro was unfriendly upon check-in, he almost did not check us in due to some papers (PDI) which we later found out we do not need to check in. Btw knowing english should be a must for someone working as a receptionist in a hotel. Furthermore, not accepting the debit/credit cards initially accepted by Booking.com is still a mystery to me (and to my bank). Also, please acquire bigger plates for breakfast. Coffee plates just do not cut it. You have so many complaints for that.

Most of the staff is friendly. The room was nice, clean with a great view. The breakfast is really nice and with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is really good.

My room was at the front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy from traffic but the sea air meant it didn’t impact on my ability to sleep!

Location is good for the beach and restaurants. Hotel is very comfortable, clean with good options for food at all times of the day. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Shower poorly built so always flooded the floor.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Our seaview room had a nice view of the beach and the sea. The pool had a great view too.
