A true home away from home. The property sits above the hustle and bustle of downtown Coyhaique. The moment that you drive through the gate and into the property, you feel more at ease. The home, recently converted into a boutique hotel is warm and comfortable with beautiful and thoughtful details that help you recognize that your experience is important to the owners and staff. We had plans throughout our stay but seriously considered just relaxing at the property, enjoying the breakfasts and taking in the view of the garden through the large windows. Beyond the property that makes the Pura Hotel special is the staff. I cannot say enough. Camila and Josefina and other staff members are the heart and soul of this hotel and your experience. Hand made desserts, so accommodating in every way. Always greeted with a smile, we really enjoyed getting to know them. Again, a home away from home. We were sorry to leave.

Fantasic property. New, comfortable, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed at most properties in Coyhaique and this one is one of the best.

United States of AmericaThere is nothing we didn't like or enjoy. The hotel has been opened less than a month. The owner, Carolina is a wonderful hostess and her staff does an amazing job! For the future, we would suggest adding a hot tub/spa & fire pit area outside if possible. The grounds are very pretty and this would allow the guests to enjoy the outside space more.
Breakfast was nice and light! A variety of fresh fruit, eggs if requested, toast, yogurt. Coffee and tea were always available. I enjoyed being served a sit down breakfast instead of the usual buffet hotels offer. On the last night of our stay the owner arranged for a beautiful dinner to be cooked and served on site at the hotel. We had an early flight in the morning and wanted to relax at the hotel. The dinner was amazing! The meal was prepared on site with special accommodations for food restrictions. Could not have asked for anything better!!
