We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe found the room dark-needs more light and or lighter decor. During the day, one can get more light by opening the curtains but at night it is another issue. The gym was very very small and cluttered- almost as if its design had been an after thought. Not more than 2 person can workout at the same time. Limited cardio machines (I recall 3) and limited weights/weight machines. The "spa" is not really a spa , again, very small. The whole area should be re-designed to just make one decent gym. We had an expresso machine in the room but coffee pods are NOT complimentary and cost $1.00 US per pods. It was not readily apparent that one had to pay for those, although the fact that they were in the refrigerator should have alerted us that we had to pay for them. This is the first time we experience this-having to pay for coffee pods-however... Also no milk/milk substitute for coffee/tea.
Buffet type of breakfast with good selection. Room service and restaurant had very good food- everything was made with fresh ingredients and was well prepared. The service was 15/10, from the front desk, to the concierge, restaurant staff and room attendant. Service was in fact remarkable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and towels were white and fluffy. We had a kettle and a few instant coffee and teas were available (2 of each) Small water bottles (2 X 250ml) were available every day Temperature control was easy and effective. AC worked really well One can open the windows for fresh air There was an iron and ironing board and robes and slippers were in the room The pool area was beautiful and of a good size.

CanadaThis is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. Left government is allowing gangs to come in from ven and other places. Keep your head up.

DenmarkThe breakfast was a little bit boring. I don't feel like that this hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star hotel, normally with a 5 star hotel, it comes with a lot of amenities, such as tooth paste, tooth brush, shaver kit, slippers etc..
The room is modern, quiet ( good sound isolation ), good wifi. The check in was easy and fast. They gave me good advice. Very friendly staff.

ChinaUnfortunately the gym and swimming pool were closed for maintenance the days I was there.
It’s a classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice receptionists. The location is not central but it’s still very convenient because the subway station is just opposite the entrance of the hotel. I liked the neighborhood- it’s quite modern and felt safe. There is a huge park and IKEA nearby. But what I liked the most was the breakfast! One of the best I have ever had in my traveling life - there are not too many options, but what they prepare is high quality and homemade. Everything I tried was tasty and fresh! How amazing is it to have fresh cherries for breakfast! I definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I am in Santiago!

Lovely helpful staff and clean business like hotel. I considered it good value for money and they even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday which was a nice touch. Nice little bank for bars opposite which I used throughout my stay.
