Everything was perfect

A most beautifully presented and totally unique hotel, hosted by Alvaro (a true gent) and his sons. It was towards the end of the season and the place was quiet but I was made incredibly welcome and would not hesitate to recommend the place. The restaurant is a delight to behold, with the chunky wooden truss structure, and I was given room 16, with the corner window. Great location and surroundings, beautiful room, lovely personable service, great food.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The charming design of the sea front lodges and restaurant area are gorgeous. 5 minutes drive outside of town and near airport. The family who runs the hotel has definitely impressed me with their kindness, delicious homemade food at the restaurant, and helping me with anything you need. I can't say enough about this little gem and my wonderful experience here!:)♡

This is a family-run hotel. Martín and his parents were delightful. The food is superb and the views from every room are spectacular! We’ve been traveling non-stop for 3 years now and Simple will be remembered as one of our very best experiences! Bravo!

Absolutely nothing.

Small boutique design hotel nestled in a field by itself overlooking the lake. Exceptional beauty. Large warm spacious rooms with amazing views. Family owed, exceptionally friendly, professional service with great small restaurant. Tasteful, simple type design, no frivolous stuff. Outside Puerto Natales by road that takes you to Torres de Paine.

We would have liked a door on the shower so we didn’t need to be as careful with the water getting the bathroom floor wet. I prefer to have the option of a television.

View was amazing with floor to ceiling windows that look out in the sea. Food at this hotel was exceptionally good. We ate breakfast and dinner here. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Hotel decor was outstanding—Scandinavian style, natural, simple elegance.

We loved our stay here. This was our one “splurge hotel” for our entire 3-week trip in Chile and Argentina. Comfortable rooms, great shower, food was excellent.

I have zero complaints about the property and service. My only suggestions would be to add wash clothes for the bathrooms as many guests are coming off the W or O and would appreciate a good scrub down :)

I work in the luxury travel industry and research properties heavily before I visit them. Hotel Simple could not have exceeded my expectations more. The property is stunning and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Geraldine was so helpful through the booking process as well as while our group was at the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and the dinners were AMAZING! I expected the food to be good, but the quality and selection was astounding. Our group did the O trek and stayed at the hotel on the front and back end of our trip. The hotel kindly stored our luggage in between, and they did everything in their power to make our stay special. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the vistas from the Superior View ones were sublime. We were all very sad to leave!
