There was a terrible smell of mildew upon entering the room - may have been a blocked bathroom vent pipe or perhaps a leak somewhere - there was also mold on the bathroom wall across from the toilet. Our second floor room was a bit noisy in the evening.

Excellent location and front desk went above and beyond to get us into the room early. They are very safety conscious and made recommendations for us. Rooftop restaurant was a special treat!

A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station.

Comfortable and quiet, even though there was a restaurant/bar on the roof. Breakfast was fairly standard, but plentiful. Staff were very helpful.

I found the description of the room on Booking.com to be misleading in regards to the "Balcony, City view." Because the room I was put in was on the second floor (first floor of rooms), on the side not fronting the street, the "balcony" area was just a glassed in perhaps 2 x 10 foot space, and the only "view" was of the weird in-between area of the buildings--airducts and building walls. If I had known this, I probably would have booked somewhere else.

I liked the central location, near many nice neighborhoods as well as the historical district. The breakfast was very good, and the shower was absolutely wonderful -- waterfall showerhead and a removable one, plus excellent hot water.

It was a bit quirky - and odd mix of old and new. Towels were small and thin - seemed quite worn which let things down a bit in contrast to the fancy bathroom fittings. Light switches took some figuring out!

Didn’t like the outside looked nothing like the picture on line. Did not like the morning gentleman at the front desk. He was arrogant and dismissive when I showed him the address of our cruise ship he didn’t like that and said he knows. The driver was horrible and took us to the wrong city - took 3+ hours for a 1.5 hour drive because of the guy at the front desk. Do Not use the hotel transportation.

The location is great in the old part of town and walking was easy. The room was small but nice & clean. Great Shower. Love the rooftop deck restaurant & bar very happening spot!

We originally had a superior room on the top floor but below the rooftop patio bar. We found it very noisy, not the patrons as such but the moving of chairs. We asked for a different room and were accommodated immediately.

Our friends had to change rooms after first night because staff had to work on air conditioning on roof behind their room. Nice british pub one block away. Pedestrian market close by also.

There was an elevator for luggage, a nice rooftop bar. The breakfast was good and filling. Staff was helpful also.

Breakfast was pretty poor. Room was smallish and dark. Staff seemed a little unfriendly at check-in, but subsequently were helpful when I needed to book a taxi to the airport.

Location is quite good. Room was comfortable.

There was a communication problem with the down stairs restaurant. The waiter spoke no English, so ordering food was a problem.

The rooms were nice & big. The rooftop was fun & waiters spoke excellent English.

The rooftop bar/restaurant is open late and noisy. We were 3 floors below it and could still hear noise throughout the night. You had to pay for the coffee in the room and breakfast wasn’t very good quality. The staff had a bit of an odd attitude when explaining that check-in wasn’t until 3pm, despite our room being ready and they ended up being able to check us in early anyway, I didn’t really see what the fuss was about, I felt like they just wanted to make a point.

Very large sized room in a good location in Santiago with comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for lunch before exploring the city.
