Location didn’t feel as safe as other places in Chile I had been to, but I think that is me being… breakfast was a bit bahh, but as my title say you get what you pay for. Not much choice, but filled up. so freshly sliced tomatoes when thy ran out, and friendly service.

You get what you pay for. 24 hour reception. Walking distance to the bus station. Clean. Nice view. Printed out my bus ticket without asking for payment. Provided secure parking, though I’m sure I broke the law getting to it;-)

i had an early wake-up call to catch my bus. they arranged breakfast though it was 6.15am in the mornjng. that is hospitality! the beds were also extremely comfortable, the room big. tip: the 5G wifi network works best

The staff were kind and moved me to another room. The bed was comfy and I could walk to the bus station.

There were dark hairs in shower and bathroom. We had to leave very early to get on a bus and missed breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no option to get an alternative eg lunch box / sandwich for take away.

Location ist good, 10-15min walk to main bus terminal. We had a super big room,.very comfortable.

The towels should be used for rags not for paying guests. They had holes and were so old that were freing at the edges. But the most unaceptable was the state of one of the beds, the spring box and mattress should be replace. We tried the bed, impossible to lay down, then we tried to removed the mattress and used only the spring box, same result. Paying good money for a room to get some rest and ended sleeping on the floor. We didn't have a phone number or anybody in the lobby to request assistance or a room move.

The team was nice, we arrived late and the front desk woman was waiting for us. Also, the following morning when we were leaving early, the breakfast attendant gave us some fruit for the trip since we were missing breakfast.

It could be better if management upgrade the wifi system with a simple not expensive investment on the device to make the signal stronger to serve guests better.

Very welcoming and hard working front office lady that helps us with the check in without any problem even though we don't speak Spanish at all. Very clean and comfortable bed room. Water pressure in the shower works well too. Free parking by the side of the hotel secured with auto locked fence.

Water was cold, took long to get warm after asking. Almost no space between beds or to move in the room which was for four people.

This is the first time since I have travelled around the world that I have been the victim of an attempted theft on my card by the hotel manager, it is very serious.
