You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumMy window didn’t close well so it had a little hole and so I heard everything at night and the wind passed by. they should repair that. Also the price on booking and the price I actually paid wasn’t the same, I was charge almost 20€ more..
I like the hospitality, really nice people. I also liked that the breakfast was included in the price.

United KingdomThere was no toilet roll in the room and I wasn't sure how to track down the host to ask for one. But as I only stayed one night it wasn't a major issue. I saw her at breakfast so obviously it could've been sorted then had I been staying longer.
The room was super cute with a great window and lots of light, which single rooms often don't have. The bed was very comfortable, the room has plenty of space, and the shower was powerful and warm. Check in was smooth and the location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed as it is near to Miramar metro station. It's also close to lots of bars which was great for me.

United KingdomBreakfast was basic but for the price it was good. Would have been good to have keys for the front gate rather than wait for someone to let you in every time you came back. Area was a little dodgy at night but we got Ubers everywhere which are cheap.
Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room was much nicer than we expected - good size with a balcony and a super comfy bed.

SwedenStaff couldn't speak english. Have to ring a bell to get in or out. Room badly sound isolated, my window had a gap. They needed to know my home address and email. They charged extra to pay with VISA card.
Located 300m from a beach with permitted swimming. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok (not a buffet). Cosy common area in the corridor. You could see which countries the other guests were from. Many electric plugs in the room.
