Amazing room with large windows. Excellent bed. Excellent shower and huge bath. Large breakfast with lots of options, although with mostly asian selection. Location is great in center of Futian, just next to metro station.

Club floor service is very poor. It’s not really a club floor but rather a podium above lobby. The hotel should not call it a club floor lobby.

The deluxe suite is very good and the housekeeping on level 33 is excellent. The housekeeper is very service oriented and always ready to assist. I would rate her service 10/10. Her name is Ms Lei.

Gym didn’t have much to offer, pool looked old and not very inviting. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly, room was too warm

The WiFi is not very good, it's only available for the local, not international, I cannot connect with friends and family overseas, it's a big disappointment. They can only use Wetchat rather than What's app and facebook.

Smell of smoke! Although we booked a non-smoking room and the floor and room all had non smoking signs. There was no window we could open. It stank!!

During breakfast, they clean the tables and gather all the leftover food in trash baskets right in front of you, and it's quite off-putting. It makes it nearly impossible to enjoy your meal when you witness it.

I have in advance requested for two connecting rooms as we have a family of four. This was noted by hotel but no such arrangement was made. Indeed, the two rooms, though on the same room, were quite apart. This is disappointing.

The location is convenient as it is very close to a large shopping mall (One Avenue). The room is large and clean.

The Executive Club opened late and closed too early. So, will probably not pay extra for this perk next time.

The room was great, with massive windows overlooking Shenzhen. Everything was clean and working properly. The swimming pool was small but great and was open for long hours. We also had access to the executive club which has amazing views of the city.

A free room upgrade is offered, but the upgraded room (executive room) isn't better, only higher ceiling, but worst layout, and could be smaller, so better don't accept the so called free upgrade, it is useless. and pillow is not good.

The hotel is no longer in a very good location. Sort of a run-down street in a part of town that new development has abandoned. The nicer parts of the city are a bit further away -30 min cab ride. The hotel lobby was not impressive, and the rooms looked a bit out of date. As of AUG 2023, there was a lot of construction just outside our window.. another high rise that I suspect will be noisy for at least another year.

Great view. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Water got hot and pressure was good. Big window tub is worth it. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Beware nobody speaks English.

The room is very spacious. The control of the room's lighting, blinds and AC are convenient and easy to understand. Location-wise, the hotel is within walkable distance to some big shopping malls.
