United States of AmericaThe hotel seems to be understaffed and meals took about an hour to prepare. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and stayed until Tuesday. I had asked for the menu when I booked and based on the one sent decided to have lunch at the hotel when we arrived on Sunday. Despite at least a dozen choices listed on the menu, however, there were only two: fillet of beef and chicken (breast) with salad, french fries, plantain, and soup. They were very good, particularly the soup. As these were also the only options the next day, we ate at the Portón del Parque in Santa Fé which I enthusiastically recommend. I don't know about the other rooms, but the one my husband and I occupied, although very clean, was not serviced the second day. I would have liked to read in the evening on the balcony, but the light wasn't working and no one seemed able to fix it. There was no hot water but, as it is so hot, it didn't matter. The shower was refreshing. I wondered what the point was for the jacuzzi in the bathroom, however. Despite these negatives, my family and I would stay at the Finca Hotel Guadalupe again.
My family and I spent two very pleasant days and nights at Finca Hotel Guadalupe in three rooms. My husband and I had the Suite with Balcony that overlooked the pool which was very nice. We especially appreciated the small refrigerator and the air-conditioning. My sister-in-law was very pleased with the Junior Suite. My niece, her husband, and two children (ages 6 and 3) thought the Family Room in one of the "cottages" was adequate. (They preferred it to the Family Suite on the second floor of the main building which is reached by a spiral metal staircase.) The included breakfasts (served in the area of our choice--near the pool) were very good. The pool was the best part, however. The children and their parents were in or beside it from early morning to noon and from late afternoon until nighttime. The hotel is a five-minute drive from the historic center of Santa Fé de Antioquia that we visited one day. Employees Johan and David were very attentive and helpful.

CanadaThe staff at Guadalupe Hotel Boutique was very pleasant and efficient. Upon arrival we were greeted with cold glasses of orange juice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were appreciated. Cool water in the showers but it worked for us since it was very warm outside when we visited. Lots of clean towels. The pool was a big hit with the kids in our group. We ordered some food and snacks during the afternoon and they were delicious and well prepared. The breakfast was ample and everyone satisfied. I'd stay here again.

The staff is amazing, the pool is big and clean. The breakfast is delicious and complete. They put music for us, whatever we wanted to listen. They're pet friendly ❤️. It's like 3 min away in car from town.

ColombiaThe facilities are somewhat dated but well maintained. We had a lamp with no outlet to plug it in. I like to have hot water for my shower, and it had to be turned on by request. I thought the room was expensive for the local market.
We had a large 2 bed family room with an outdoor Jacuzzi, shower, and separate bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C was needed, and worked well. Was not a disabled room but accommodated me due to size. The breakfast was very good, and we were able to get beverages, and water, and even a late night snack on request. The room was cleaned during our 3 day stay, and the property is very well maintained. The manager and employees were very pleasant and did there best to accommodate us. The pool and public spaces were excellent.
