The first room we were assigned smelled really bad of mold. After complaining, we received another one that smelled less. Otherwise, I wish there were some more places to «hang out» on the roof (hammock, couch, etc.)

You can hear the neighbors very well.

Owner was very kind. Room was small very simple, bed, bathroom, a desk, AC. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Breakfast was ok

It’s not what I did not like. But as a seasoned traveler around South America especially in the Colombian section is that every were I stay the accommodation never has any drinking vessels even if they were only cheap plastic one especially when I have to take my daily medication. Surly they could afford even the basic requirements.

Great hotel, the staff was always available to help us. They also help us to arrange several tours during our stay. Transportation to city centre is manageable by tuk-tuk.

The best about Zugi by far is how friendly and HELPFUL the staff is. Besides, the rooms are comfortable and clean (with air conditioning) and they have a nice terrace area with some cute dog and cat. 10/10

There was not much to say as it was sort of a base camp stay which was good. Very few ATMs and very bad money exchange rates. Better get it elsewhere before descending to the town.

A clean hotel, and though language issues were the main problem, google Translator was handy. helpful staff. A small city with many operators for Amazon jungle tours. Interesting place to explore.

The location is quite far from town, probably a little too far to walk (though you could). Nothing much nearby for food so you have to make the trip into town, tuktuks can take you but may take a little waiting time to pass by. No window but some natural light in the bathroom.

Really nice owner, kind and gracious guy who does everything to help and make you feel at home. New and clean rooms, comfortable and modern. Very acceptable breakfast too on the rooftop. Cards accepted which isn't always the case in this budget range. Fantastic value.

Owner is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Away from town so was quiet. A tuk-tuk ride into town was about 5,000 (basically a dollar).

There was nothing that I didn't like, but perhaps there could have been some more chairs on the deck upstairs so that hotel guests could have sat up there and relaxed a bit in the afternoon! It was a beautiful rooftop/deck and seemed more to be going to waste except at breakfast time!

The rooms are very modern, super clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The owners of the hotel are so incredibly nice and will help you with anything that you need, at any time. Though the location is a bit far from town, it is incredibly easy to find a ride into town and also something that the owners will help you with. I felt very safe the entire time I was there.

The host is very nice and always available to help you. The room is essential but clean and big enough. It has air conditioning which is essential for staying in Leticia giving the high temperature and the humidity rate. We had to leave for our amazonian tour very early in the morning so we couldn't taste the breakfast

The rooms don't have any windows. It was hard to air out the room. It's also not pleasant to sit in a dark room with artificial light after you come back from your trip and want to relax a bit.

Good price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt very safe in this place. It was very clean. Breakfast was included. Close to the airport. They picked us up from the airport which we really appreciated.

We felt very comfortable. The owners and the staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. Thank you very much for everything! The hotel is a bit outside the centre. So you have to walk a bit or take a tuk-tuk. That was no problem for us.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, the wifi on the first floor is unstable and it can be hard to work from your room. We used the terrace to access the terrace for a more stable internet connection.

The staff - the manager was always kind, pleasant, and eager and willing to help. The housekeeper was always cordial and respectful and similarly, eager to help. The room - it was very comfortable and the AC was perfect for the humid weather. It was clean and the room can be cleaned every day if you desire to do so. The food - the breakfast was varied and good. It was enough for a good start of the day. Also, a few times, we brought our meals in and they were always eager to offer us dishes and cutlery. The name of the hotel is cool but make sure to mention “barrio Costa Rica” in addition to the hotel’s name as some tuktuk drivers may get lost.
