Positive section of review
The location is nice, close to the deck or the shops in downtown, have many restaurant close by and 2 supermarket one in front and another 1 block away, the room have a kitchen and even a washing machine. I didn't get any breakfast but they have a restaurant next to the lobby.

Some noises pass through the walls, and how they handle emergencies. On my stay there was a big Fire situation but all they say at that time was stay outside of the building, the issue was middle of the night so many guests where no properly dressed so we end up waiting like 2 hours outside in the cold without knowing anything other than there was a fire thanks to the fire alarm.

Great room for the price, it was easy to check in/check out. It was generally clean and comfortable. Definitely needed the night off and for a last minute booking it really exceeded my expectations! Friendly, bilingual staff :)

The TV was lacking a lot of channels, would be nice to have a smart TV or more options, although some good. Also the A/C did not seem to work or let us adjust the temperature, but overall no big deal.

The pool was closed and no reasonable alternative was offered. We were not informed ahead of time. We were disappointed by this because we specifically booked this hotel with the pool on mind.

I did not realize it was a first come, first serve basis to arrange for late checkout. I think this should be emphasized when the option is offered.

Cleaning lady did the bed fresh and afterwards I had no Pyjamas anymore. Staff said they couldn’t do something about it. Wasn’t that clean.
