Close to Luton Airport. The breakfast was good with free luctose options. At the lobby there is coffe muchine and tea 24/7 and a microwave. 1 minute from luton mall and 5 minutes from buses to central London

No work surfaces to prepare meals. No dining table or chairs. Despite being aware of only 2 occupants the (not required) bedding for sofa bed left bundled up on chair. Overall the property is (in my opinion) overpriced and not very well thought out. There not much point providing facilities in the kitchen if they cannot be used to their full potential. Minimal toiletries in bathroom - handwash only.
