For me it was a depressing, communist style, outdated hotel. There was very old wall to wall carpeting in my room - I didn’t dare walk on that carpet barefoot. My room was facing some wall. I really did not like anything about this hotel.

Everything was perfect. It was my best decision to choose Aparthotel Amella. Room was excellent, view from the window - amazing, bed - big and comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed and even more. The staff were kind and lovely.

Very conveniently located and within walking distance to everything in Old Town. The room was very clean and spacious with modern decor. Breakfast was also amazing and we loved that it was served until 11!

Everything was great! Very welcoming host, beautiful house and fresh air and magnificent sea in 3 min walk from there. Highly recommended for peaceful stay.

Bathroom towels were dirty. its really calm and literally nothing to do near by. Closest city is 30 minutes drive away. No restaurants or place to eat close to apartment (there is a small shop just around the corner). Staircase is stinky. No beach/ place to go to the lake, or hang out nearby water.

The service at the hotel needs improving. The price is too high for a room that doesnt have hot water and breakfast dishes are half empty right after 7 am and the ones that are there are cold. The staff wasn't helpful after asking why there isn't any hot water and suggested that I didn't turn the faucet the right way. Seriously? Acknowledgement of not providing the promised services and a sorry would be a good start. It's customer service basics. There are other better hotels in town.
