Location and breakfast were excellent. Personally I wasn't a huge fan of the mattress as it was too soft IMO. Other than that, the room provided us with everything we needed, and the free non alcoholic beverages and tea and coffee in the breakfast room were definitely a bonus! I sent our arrival time a day in advance and we were met by the receptionist upon arrival, even tough we were a bit late (due to the delay of our train from Bratislava). Friendly staff, and even though one of the ladies at breakfast doesn't speak English, we were still able to "communicate" :-)

As mentioned above, the mattresses could be a bit harder. Also, it would be great if there were smaller pillows available in the room, in case someone prefers these.

Amazing breakfast, I could not wish for more. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located just at the beginning of Janosikove Diery hiking route. Good sauna.

The apartment is in good condition. It is equipped most all needed staff. The bed was comfortable. You can relax in peace.

Even though the apartment is good, there were a lot of problems. Firstly, the host was not good and she is not sensitive at all. Never asked about our needs. She is so strict. One of women was pregnant and didn’t feel good. We asked for the early check-in, but the host didn’t allow us even though no one was in the apartment. We came there 3 hours ago and saw that the apartment is empty, but we were not allowed to enter. There was a camera in relaxing area/BBQ. It felt distracting us, can’t felt well. There were not towels, slippers in bathroom and kitchen. The communication was not good between us and host. She doesn’t care about us. There were a lot of insects in the apartment, but they didn’t have anything to prevent it.

There was plenty of space, and it was very clean and quiet.

The pillows were large and very floppy, and the duvets were too heavy for May. Also we found the many security checks to get into the room to be excessive, and the hallways were dark and sterile.

The hostel is quite central.

It's not a backpacker hostel. I was the only international traveler there. Most people seem to stay there long term. The room I stayed in was quite stuffy. You can sleep there, but that's about it.

We had a huge room for a couple. Beds were only connected together, sheets separated as well. During the night you can hear people using the bathroom one floor higher.
