The services are nice!! The staff say hi/welcome every time they met us and the room is higher than our expectation as it's clean and spacious. The room is bright and modern and has a lovely balcony. The pool is clean too and we saw the staff cleaned it every day. We especially love the building itself since it's surrounded by many greens and looks beautiful. The breakfast is also good and refreshing. I would say its the best hotel we had in nungwi in this trip.

We encounter water cut off once but the staff fixed it very quickly. After 5 minutes our water is back. Besides, u need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes to get to the beach which is fine for us. Btw there's a bar nearby so u will hear something if u leave the balcony door open. However, it doesnt bother us at all even one of us is a sensitive sleeper. These are the drawbacks but all of them are acceptable for us.

Tony is a piece of home in Zanzibar. His house, located in the center of Stone Town, is beautiful, the room spacious, fresh and clean. We had a great night of sleep after a long travel from DAR. Definitely going back!

A bit interior of the property area neighborhood; Owner will guide you to get there. Small parking space but a security is there to help you and car wash you. Low water pressure and no hot water heater. but overall, this is excellent place to enjoy with your family and enjoy Dar-es-Salaam
