The bed mattresses were too light, after couple of hours we had back-aches because it felt like drowning into the bed.

It was big and we had enough space for all of our stuff. Also the location is really good for grabbing a coffee in the morning or reaching to other corners of the city.

— there might be two towels for each person, one for bathroom and the other for face washing; — the internet speed was around 5-7 gb per sec, so if you are a business traveller, that might be an issue; To sum up, it is a good budget option for maximum 2 people travelling for sightseeing and exploring Munich.

It was a typical clean and spacious studio, self-catering room with double bed, small kitchenette, a table and chairs, bathroom and WC. The place had enough room for our belongings. The owner is attentive to the customer's needs, quite flexible and quick to respond. It was located in a central but quite place.

Due to previous experience, this time I brought basic cutlery because the one in the apartment is either insufficient or non-functional. But this time there was no soap and shampoo, and the shops were already closed. Next time I have to bring that too. In addition to worn towels and sheets (1 per person), a lot of broken things (broken lock, frozen refrigerator without a handle, shower leaking at the inlet, trash can with a torn pedal).

Great location, not expensive, quiet. A large room with a view of the inner courtyard, full of greenery, like a small park. The street is also very quiet. Acceptable for a short stay, especially when you know what awaits you. It was my third time and maybe not the last.

No elevator to the last floor (only to the 4th, not 5th). Bathroom shower was not isolated enough - water came to the floor most of the times.

The accommodation was billed as an apartment. It was in fact a fairly small room with a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a small cooking hob, mini fridge, microwave, and kettle all housed in a unit in the corner. The cooking job had seen better days and was old and worn (see pics). The TV was broken (see pic). We were provided with one towel each but note there is no soap or shampoo supplied. There was toilet paper. Due to flight cancellation we were only able to spend one night here rather than the three we had booked. In retrospect, one or two nights is probably the maximum length of time that you’d want to spend here

Above all the location is exceptional for the price. The people who ran it were very friendly and helpful, especially given the fact that we arrived very late at night. The accommodation was very clean.

We were told that there was wifi, and not one minute did we managed to connect. We tried it in different areas of the building, no good. I asked the manager why, he said WIFI in the building is very poor Four of us rely on WIFI for work and connection to family and friends. I had to buy a Pay As you Go SIM for 30 Euros to get internet. If you say Wifi in all areas, there should be WIFI. The microwave didn't work, they had to change it 3 times. the last one was just turning on the lights but not heating food. 5 nights we stayed and it's expensive to eat out every night for 4 people. no tea towels to dry dishes either.

The quality of the matraces are very low, definitely need a replacement. The availability of the elevator is strange, the stops are between the floors. With a big luggage it could be a struggle te reach the elevator (5 steps up then 4 steps down). The 5th floor does not have a stop, you should bring your luggage one and a half floor to the highest floor. It is not advertised in the description of the house! The lock of the main entrance was destroyed, anybody could come in from the street without a safety code. For one night as an ultimate solution could be acceptable but for 2 I definitely would not suggest it.

The property/ apartment is nice but the washroom towel and bedsheets seem to be used one. After asking local people they told me that most guests used this property for sexual activities. ( and I guess that could be the reason why they don't change the bedsheet and other things.) expect that its ok to book.

The Host is super helpful. the location of the property is premium. the apartment is big and easy to access. I asked the host for late checkout and he provide me late checkout without any extra fee. The apartment is ok to book compared to price and location. I recommend booking it but bring your own sheet and towel.

Really need to replace the towels since they were old and one had multiple holes. The sheets were clean but are so overused that they actually had a dirty appearance. The toilet was loose and the sink’s faucet was also loose.

I had a problem with the lock on the door, I couldn’t find anyone on the phone and when somebody answered the phone, he was not willing to help me and actually he hanged up the phone while I was talking to him, expressing the problem I was facing.

The cups and cutlery in the kitchen were very dirty (solidified food/old drinks at the bottom of the glasses). The exhaust in the bathroom was exposed with the cover on the ground. The room smelt a little like smoke. We were not provided Wifi instructions and so had to pay for local wifi. We were also not given instructions on how to check out so I assumed we just had to leave the key back in the slot where we found it.

I had to book the hotel quite last minute. The host was incredibly quick to send me detailed instructions about collecting the key and entering the building. The location was fantastic, and despite being on the street, the room was quite quiet.
