We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s in a great location. There’s a lovely park opposite. It’s a 1 minute walk to nearest metro station & right next to a supermarket. Our room had a small kitchen area which was very useful.

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Easy self-accommodation. The room has a small kitchen, kettle, microwave, dishes. Near the hotel there are several supermarkets, parking, many cafes and bars. To the Cologne DOM 15 minutes by walk, near the metro station, the line 3, 4 and 5 Great location.

The Owner was polite and helpful. Two supermarkets around the corner for food. Köln West bahnhof around the corner for Deutsche Bahn trains. U bahn station for 3 underground train lines.

Turkey! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! We had to stay there because we had already paid for the hotel in advance, and Booking responded me after we had arrived home. On the first day, we went out and we arrived in the room late night. When we went to bed, we saw a stain on the bedsheet. We couldn’t fix this problem because there was no reception. We had to sleep in that dirty bed. Next morning, we left the bedsheet uncovered, so that they can see and change it. We arrived at hotel around 22 pm. When we entered in the room, we saw that our suitcases had been opened and searched. After a few minutes we found out that they took our toothpaste, contact lens cases, unopened bottles etc. But the dirty bedsheet was still there! As there was no reception, we couldn’t do anything! I could only send a message to the hotel via Booking. At that night we had to go that dirty bed with contact lenses. It was -6C outside. I wanted to close the balcony door firmly and I found out that it was broken! We had to fit the towels between the door and frame. I sent another message to the hotel about this problem. Next morning, I received a message. They said they had mixed up rooms. So, they had picked our clothes up, and put them into the suitcases. They had thrown our lens cases etc. away for housekeeping. After they had found out that it was a mistake, they had brought our suitcases into the room, und unpacked them again. About the balcony door they said it had not been broken before. In the last evening they sent me a message and offered us another room and a voucher. We kindly refused them because it was our last night, and we didn’t want to hear them anymore. When we arrived in the hotel, we saw that they had taken our lens cases etc. from the rubbish bin and put them on the table. By the way, although they used the excuse of housekeeping, the dirty bedsheet was still there. Likewise, our towels were fitted between the door and frame, and they did not give us clean towels.
Very close to U-Bahn and Train stations... There are a lot of supermarkets around the hotel.

DenmarkWe ordered this apartment hotel so we could cook in the room instead of spending money on eating out, but the facilities were not really very good. It lacked plates and cups and we had to "rent" additional kitchen supplies, which we weren't particularly happy about. The lighting in the room/bathroom was also terrible, which made shaving a bit of an ordeal. The bed and pillows were also atrocious. We did not sleep well. The wifi was also unreliable, but thankfully we had roaming data. It was also quite hard to find staff if we needed information or help with anything, when the maids didn't speak English and the reception was not manned the whole day.
The hotel was cheap and in a great location for what we came to do. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. It wasn't a bad stay, I would probably use them again if I ever went to Köln, assuming the price remained low.
