Dinner at hotel was necessary as there was nowhere else to eat. Tried the Alter Kloster Schänke but that was a disaster.....very disappointing.

Breakfast was OK, can't remember the details. Lovely quiet room. Surroundings were pretty. Staff did their job but were not very friendly.

A big room with a big shower on the first floor. The location in the countryside surrounded by forest was very peaceful. There was plenty of parking out the front of the hotel. The restaurant food was very good with great service.

The location near the Kloster, walking tails and the lake. The bowling alley, pool table and the sitting area. The restaurant food was very good. Beautiful breakfast buffet and room.

More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom as there were some signs of mold, perhaps due to lack of ventilation (the bathroom had a window (not cleaned properly), but perhaps that's not opened regularly?). The hire bicycles could benefit from some maintenance.

Excellent location, perfect for walking and cycling. The room (single room in main building) was spacious, with a desk, small balcony and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant offered a la carte dinner, which was excellent but a bit pricey. Bicycles are available for hire.

Fairly dark room, facing a hill side. Hotel's location is pretty isolated. There is really nothing else around it. Even to the Chorin monastery ruins it's ~1 - 1.5km walk on forest paths.

Friendly staff. Extremely quiet. Large room.

If short. The hotel forgot to send a letter with a pin code from the box with the keys to my paid room. The hotel phone was turned off. I had to look for people in the village to find the owner of the hotel. After I learned the pin, I went up to the room. And it was not cleaned, there was someone else's garbage, dirty bedding and dirty towels. I contacted the owner of the hotel again. I waited 2 hours outside for a girl to come and give me the keys to another cleaned room. In the morning at 7.10 am I went to breakfast. But almost everything was already eaten. Because many different workers live in the hotel and apparently they came before 7 in the morning. I had to look for the kitchen and ask for more food. As a result, I made a video about it, for which the hotel sent me a text apology on whatsapp. In person, except for the girl who came at night, no one even thought to apologize. I think this is the worst decision to choose this hotel. The attitude of the staff, irresponsibility, not the ability to close their mistakes - this is all about this place. The service was not rendered to me in fact, I lost 3.5 hours of my life to solve their problems and slept for another 4 hours after that, and then again solved their problems with the kitchen. Terrible.

The breakfast (which to me is the most important in hotel) was cheap in quality. They only have this mass-production coffee machine with horrible coffee quality. The cheese, cold cuts, bread, and fruits were of very low quality. Just charge 4 eur more of each guest and offer a higher quality breakfast. The rooms could have air conditioning, when it gets really hot it's not a comfortable place to be. It's not a place I would return to.

The staff was polite, the room, bed, and shower were comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The location was also good, very quiet and green with lakes around. There were also bikes for rental (for extra $).

The only problem were the mosquitoes; but it was in the description that in summer they are bad! They were some of the worst mosquitoe problems I have ever had!

Everything was wonderful about the hotel in terms of my expectations for the price I paid. I would gladly stay again in the future.
