The building and facilities felt a bit dated. The shower is a bit small. Bathroom also not as clean as it could've been; found some hair in the shower basin and on the radiator. Nitpicks: The soap dispenser was a bit hard to use. The bed's pillow was a bit lumpy and thus not as comfy as it could've been.

Very nice staff, offered to carry my luggage (there's no elevator), had a chat and offered me a coffee on the way out. Room was fine and I liked that the bathroom had a hairdryer and an extra mirror.

Nice location, close to the S-bahn but not too central. Direct train to Congress Center Hamburg. This was a calm resting place for me while exploring Hamburg. Super friendly staff! :)

People should be aware that there is a party hall nearby and might get a bit loud. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you are looking for an ultra quiet room take ear plugs.

Mr Bashkim war very friendly and gave lots of relevant information. The room was much bigger than I had expected and it was very clean as well. The location is very convenient with a metro station close by. Parking was also easy (paid but affordable).

My room was close to the reception area, so you could overhear phone calls / conversation from the room. Only happened once though, and it was quiet at night.

Hotel Jeta is a nice and cosy hotel, the room was modern and clean, with everything you'd expect. The man at the reception and serving breakfast was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet (typical German breakfast) was good value for money. There is a paid car park very close to the hotel and a subway station within a few minutes walking distance.

In the first day the room did not have warm water, but the issue was fixed during the day. The breakfast was short in options, but tasty and fresh.

Perfect location for someone that needs to be in TUHH or around. The rooms were very clean and the personnel very friendly. The room was quite spacey.

There is a lot of building / reconstruction going on around the building but the noise wasn't excessive and we were out during the day.

The hotel is typically a rep night stop. The owner bent over backwards to ensure we had a good stay. We were only staying 2 nights as the Miniatur Wunderland was our target. The room and hotel were kept very clean and for breakfast we were offered our favourite 'scrambled eggs'. As Fred Flintstone says...Yaba daba doo! The other items, cereals, rolls, cheese and hams were very good and there was plenty. Typical continental breakfast. Car parking was in the next building (multistory car park, very cheap 5 Euros a day) Easy access.

I had some communication problems with the staff, who could not speak english very well. Even if I communicated my arrival time one week before my arrival, they did not place my key in the keysafe and I could not call them after 9pm the date of my arrival.

The room was spacious and clean. I visited Hamburg for a conference in the TUHH so the location of the hotel was really convenient, even if it is quite far from the city center.
