The bathroom was a bit of a hike from my room, but that's just luck of the draw I guess!

Location was really great! The bed was incredibly comfortable, slept like a baby! Loved setting the lights for the mood at the beginning of the stay. Appreciated having ice available and being able to fill up my water bottle with icy water.

Being super super nitpicky, perhaps have a sign that tells us when a male cleans the women’s bathroom, and vice versa. We did not have a problem specifically with this, but it was a shock at first and it could be a problem for other more conservative individuals or perhaps a hijabi women.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing. All of them. I was fortunate to be able to meet all the host and they went out of their way to accommodate us, and they were always so positive and wonderful to be around. The actual Accomodation itself was also beyond our expectations, we loved the bathroom, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, everything, and the staff members were just the cherry on top! We would 100% stay again, and recommend to friends.

There was nothing I didn’t like but one final touch would be straightening irons in the changing rooms

This is a really fantastic little set up that is both affordable and comfortable. We loved the little hubs and the hang out space was fantastic too. We used the kitchen area to prep food and being able to store things in the fridge was an added bonus! The sauna was a total luxury and the showers and toilets clean and bright. We will be looking for City Hubs in other places across the globe

Honestly, there is nothing we did not like.

The location, staff, amenities, convenience - everything was amazing. We really liked the rooms, which are not large, but spacious enough, very cozy, and comfortable. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the showers which were in a top notch state. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving out tips and addressing any questions. I could go on and talk for a super long time about what was excellent, so let's just say that everything was absolutely amazing.

Honestly.. having bad anxiety, the fire alarm situation dampened our stay. The lack of communication from the team, having no idea where to go, and not even being sure if it was safe to go back in really stressed me out and made me feel unwell from the anxiety of the situation. Perhaps more clarity from the staff working at the time of what was happening or even afterwards would be grand.

Pods were lovely, generous space for what it is, the lighting control within the app also was fun. Nice location within Copenhagen, and would absolutely love to stay again. The facilities to shower were clean and nice soaps provided, as well as the communal space being nice to sit in if you didn't want to spend time in the pod. Staff offered fantastic food suggestions and location ideas when we were a little stuck. Really loved it - thank you.

Charge 15dkk for even hot water so no point bringing your own tea bags. Coffee and other amenities like slippers are charged. Was a bit inconvenient not having the toilet very close by. Had to walk a considerable distance to get there as we were in between the two toilet areas.

Clean, good location, easy checkin/checkout Provided bathrobes, towels and shampoo/shower gel. Toilet was clean and most people were considerate users.

There was beer, wine, spirits, tea, coffee, snacks, etc for purchase in the common area. Would've been a nice touch if you could have one free hot drink a day or something like that. You also wouldn't want to stay in the hub for more than a few nights when lugging around large suitcases.

An interesting experience for two 30-somethings, one pregnant and the other 6ft5. While the hub was small (duh), it was relatively comfortable and the shared shower and toilet facilities far exceeded the private bathrooms you get in many hotel rooms. The common area is also a fine place to hang out, eat, drink, and relax. Fairly easy connections around Copenhagen via train. Easy check in via a tablet on the wall and friendly staff available to assist. Everything is accessible via a wristband, including your room and snacks/drinks to purchase.

One more exit would be helpful. Perhaps another "night bathroom" too.

20 min walk to/from the railway station. At the time of booking it was really good value for money (relative to exorbitant prices of accommodation in Copenhagen). Welcoming, highly competent staff who seem to be enjoying their job. The place has a really great vibe: a lively communal area and futuristic feel to the pod complex. We really liked it the and would stay again.

I love it how everything was automated 24/7, the wrist band as a hotel key is the coolest and most convenient idea ever! The hosts were super helpful and friendly, I felt welcomed from the very first steps at the reception regardless our late arrival time. Whole place was so aesthetically pleasing and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I got an excellent recommendation for a lovely local bakery just around the corner from the host Jurek and I couldn’t ask for a better place to go and try true danish pastry :) Thank you for making my first time in Denmark such a gorgeous experience!

We found it to be really difficult to sleep during the night because it felt like it was 100 degrees. With that being said -- they have already sent out an apology email (with a discount on future hostels) and they tried to accommodate as many people as they could with fans.

The location of CityHub is great. The facilities and bedroom both met our expectations -- with the only issue being the temperature of the rooms (see below). It was a brief walk away from all the attractions we wanted to see and it was always nice to see everybody out and about in the common room just mingling. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep -- this is a great option.

The AC was unfortunately broken during our stay so it was a bit warm, but the staff acknowledged it.

Conveniently located, the staff was really helpful, easy check in and check out process. We were able to store our luggage after check out. The sauna was a great add-on. You can connect your Bluetooth to play music in the pod, as well as controlling the light settings through the CityHub app.

I think, all the guests should be instructed upon check-in to close the doors of their pods gently. that was the only problem with the silence, the banging of doors

the whole consept is great, the capsules are not so small, very comfortable for 1-2 persons

In regards to value for money it could be better, the plugs didn't work at first and also there were issues with the hair dryers. Everything else was fine

I liked the location, the staff were friendly, the concept is cool, the sauna, there's a gym next door and the best bakery is close by.
