No tea/coffee facilities in our room

Location was excellent, quite area with easy access to the metro and harbour bus. The beds were so comfy. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Very clean and modern.

Breakfast is exactly the same everyday. For short stay, that is fine. We stayed for 4 days and expected to have some more variety.

Great location, at walking distante from. Subway station. 10 minutes from downtown with Subway. Staff always very poltite and ready to help. Hotel room well maintained. Bed are comfortable, despite being only 140 cm wide.

As a suggestion the hotel could have more snack options ready to go for late night arrivals. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Staff is very kind and attentive. Helped solve every issue we had. The facilities themselves are great for the price. I recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in this price range.

The room was quite small, but that's what we expected from the description and wasn't a problem for us.

The hotel is new and everything is fresh and clean + location is right next to a metro stop that'll take you to the city center in minutes. Location is in a quiet business area.

Great close location and the hotel amenities. Vegiie/lactose/gluten free breakfast corner at the breakfast bar had great selection. Within 10 minutes by metro from city center and like 2 minute walk from metro station

Nothing really to complain of. A little bit pricey, but what isn't in Copenhagen?

It is a nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful. Not too much to choose from to eat in the restaurant for lunch/dinner but the burgers were tasty. Breakfast was divers and tasty. A very big plus is the proximity to the metro station. Even if it is not close to the city center one can get there quite fast and cheap - to the airport as well.

The room was large, bathroom also large, the location was excellent was it was just steps away from the Metro and the area wasn't loud. The location was also close to the boat ferry with an excellent view of the water. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. This wasn't a problem for us but be aware they don't do regular room service, you have to call to have it done. We liked it as we aren't very messy and allowed us to not have to put up our items. There is a safe in case you need it. I also liked that you needed your room key to use the elevator as it allowed for more security.

The room was very hot, the window did not open very much and despite setting the termostat to the lowest setting of 18 degrees the temperature actually increased during the night to over 23 degrees and would not go any lower, so sadly was not the best night's sleep despite a very comfortable bed. I guess Scandinavian hotels are built for cooler weather.

Very modern, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. The location right next to Orientkaj metro stop meant it was really easy to get from the airport and city centre and there was a bus outside to the cruise terminal. It was also a great surprise to receive a free upgrade to a larger room and to be able to check-in at 11am for only 200 Dkr extra.

If you chose the room, please take in consideration that on the side of the hotel there is a new construction. The rooms on that side of the hotel are very noisy!

Very good location, 100m from the Metro and the local public ferry port. The breakfast was beautiful, large variety of foods were available.

The hotel is really good. Very near the metro station Orientkaj, and two kilometers away from the cruise port. For those that are booked in a cruise there is no better choice. Bus 25 takes you from the cruise port to the hotel. I really was happy with my choice. Not to mention the breakfast that is awesome!

The room we stayed in has a wardrobe area with a frosted glass window. Because the glass window was only frosted, it was not able to stop outside light coming into the beds! I had to use giant pillows standing on a bedside table to shield lights from getting onto my toddler so that she could fall asleep.

I like the modern decoration of the hotel. The bed was big and spacious. It’s very close to a Metro station and bus stop - very easy to get to tourist attractions. Breakfast has lots of varieties and is delicious. They have a gluten-free station.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfy and the staff is really welcoming. I enjoyed neighbourhood very much: it's very modern as well, you can feel the breeze from the sea and if you don't feel like walking, just hope on a subway and in 10 minutes you will arrive in the city centre.

The price was quite high for the size of the room. We asked for a cleaning lady by scanning a QR code but no one showed up.

The location was fine. Right next to the metro station. Quiet streets and very nice view. Our room was an inside one with view to a garden.

No fridge in the room for a long stay and coming from a country that likes icy cold drinks was a surprise. However did not mar the stay.

Upmarket hotel , great location with harbour views in the Orientkaj district (the end of the line). Friendly staff (special shoutout to Magnusson and Simon) , very comfy beds, exquisite shower and bath tub; very well presented and clean.

Everything was perfect, nothing negative to say.

Gorgeous interior and standard of the rooms. Incredibly clean and well taken care of. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Considering the price of the stay, the hotel has a lot to offer and exceeds expectations. Located right next to the metro station.
