Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing! I enjoyed everything about my stay 😊
Our room was like a little NYC loft style apartment. It had a little kitchen and a dining table and a good shower. It was only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (oresund) and 3 or 4 stops into city centre. Also only a couple of stops away from the airport. It was very close to a beautiful beach and has lots of shops/cafes nearby.

TurkeyWhen I think of facilities, I found the hotel expensive but I quess country is expensive in general. Bathroom was not easy to use, when you take a bath, evetywhere is wet, bathroom sink is very small, there is no place to put your toothbrush etc. There are lots of ugly pipes in the ceiling, room was small.
Hotel was not in the city center but metro to city center is very close to hotel.

GermanyThe bathroom was extremely small, and there was no real separation (just a curtain) between the shower and toilet areas.
The location was very convenient and located near a metro line with quick access to downtown. The rooftop terrace offers nice views of the evening sunset. Make sure to reserve your breakfast the day before for a discount! The staff at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful.

GermanyThere‘s only 3 little details I didn’t like: 2 involved the windows. They are not well isolated and thin and you can’t really open them. As someone who likes to sleep with an open window for fresh air that wasn’t enough. Because they are so thin let’s simply put it like that: if your role faces the metro track and you are a light sleeper you may want to change the room. Also the blindlings are super thin. So it’s quite bright - it’s not possible to put the room in „pitch black“ mode. Both of these things are subjective to personal preference. The last negative detail. The bathroom is small and has no window. So when you shower you also rinse the toilet. Also no bath mat was provided so I had to use one of my towels - not ideal.
Excellent location. Just a few steps from the beach, 2 metro stations just 3-5 minutes away, in 10 minutes at the airport, in 10 minutes in the city (by metro). But also walkable - 30 minutes about to the city. I had a studio apartment. I liked that is was spacious and had lots of daylight, the gym is small but very well equipped, the rooftop terrace excellent for morning meditation and sundowner. The kitchenette equipment is small and basic but enough to quickly make some eggs in the morning or prep your granola bowl. 2 good supermarkets are around the corner as well. Super comfortable bed!

United KingdomThe room was at times uncomfortably warm and since the underfloor heating took a long time to adjust to the temperature set on the thermostat, the rooms could do with electric fans in lieu of air conditioning. I'm sure the heating is fantastic in colder weather, and we were unusually lucky with how warm the weather was during our stay.
Great, quiet location in Øresund, across the road from Amager Strand. 5 minutes away from the nearest Metro and getting into the centre takes around 20 minutes. Lovely local shops nearby, including a gelato bar and bakery. There is also a Lidl close by. The room itself was a great size, and lovely and bright in the day. The bed was comfortable and large. The kitchen area is decently equipped for cooking your own meals and everything was clean. Overall great place to stay if you don't want to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

United KingdomThe one thing I would say is the small double room is VERY small. The bed takes up most of the room and there isn't much space for suitcases or to walk around the room. It is fine if like us this is just a base to go out and explore the city. If you are planning on spending more time in the room I would recommend upgrading to the suite.
Great design and idea to have a kitchenette included in the room. The hotel was modern and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great - only a couple of minutes walk from the tram station and you can easily walk to the beach.

NetherlandsYou do look into other buildings but this wasn't a great deal.
The location of the hotel was great, close to the airport, 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the metro!! It's really nice to have a studio hotel room, spacious and handy to have a little kitchen where you can use cups, plates and glasses etc. I can really recommend this hotel!

United KingdomThe only downside is the rather minimal space. Everything is squeezed in to within an inch and there is hardly any storage area or room to manoeuvre. It puts a distinct downer on an otherwise great place.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just a few stops on the Metro from the airport and only a few more to get into the centre of Copenhagen. It's a quiet, residential neighbourhood, but there are some cafes, shops and restaurants nearby and most importantly it's within walking distance from Amager Strand and the beach. The rooms are tidy, clean and functional, bathroom modern and sparkling and also a small kitchen unit is included. Friendly staff and a lovely rooftop terrace with great views.

IrelandOur room was tight for space. very little room for luggage for 2 people. The toilet is a small wet room set up so showering can cause the whole floor to be wet. no tool supplied to clean the water up.
Functional and basic accommodation. Suburban location beside Amager strand close to metro linking to airport and city. A few nice local cafes and supermarkets are available. Affordably priced.

United States of AmericaThe location of this hotel is awesome. Close to the beach, the airport, and downtown. Close to public transit. The room was small but clean. The shower good but gets the whole bathroom floor wet. I would stay here again. The check in staff was completely unhelpful, though. Asked him questions about the famous bakery that is close and dinner recommendations and he just said you will find things to eat by the beach or downtown. Not friendly or helpful.

RomaniaThe bathroom was very small compared to the size of the room and a bit difficult to use after showing as there was water everywhere.
The location of the hotel is excellent, it's close to 2 metro stations that take you directly to the center of the city and to the airport. Staff was very friendly and offered us information on what to visit and what we need to know about Copenhagen. The room was huge and very clean, it was also very quiet and the bed very comfortable. We took breakfast 2 days and it was excellent.

SloveniaYou can see into neighbors' apartments from across the street, and they can see you. Not a big problem since there are curtains.
Excellent location, near the beach. Some comments stated a loud environment, I didn't hear a thing. It's generally a very nice neighborhood. Breakfast is appropriate for a 3-star hotel.
